Returning the car was a slight headache for me at no fault to the staff. I came in wanting one specific model and in a very specific colorway. They could have easily said no to me and and that would be the end, but they where willing to help - even if I was being very particular about the car. Special thanks to the people below and how they help with this process. Oleg Lukyanchikov (Sales Consultant) - He provided all the information for the first and second car beautifully. He is very personable and wants you to find THE car. Meeting him again for the return of the first car (before he even was scheduled to show) provided some comfort that I would be treated more then a person buying a car. After finding the ONE he personally drove to Wood bridge retrieve the vehicle. If you want someone that sees what you want Oleg is the man. Nayne Mohamed (Sales Manager) - He provide all the options that I could go with. He broke down a slight issue with returning the car with Ownershield (warrenty) that could simply not be paid and needed to be transferred to a vehicle on the lot. Being that I was very specific on the car I wanted he started to work on a plan. He updated and worked with me to find the ONE and he simply provided a very smooth and hitch-less plan. A very big thank you to the inventory manager. She was searching high and low for the car that I wanted. I didn't catch her name but to you, You are a rock-start! Really wish I could have thanked you in person. Last but not least, Adam Zaboli (Business Manager) - He provided great customer service when it came down to the financing. He broke down each and every amount. Provide some great information on the warranties and broke down how I would need to use them and when. The only reason I went with two warranties was how he described them and gave me situations that I could possibly be in commuting to and from work. I usually only go for GAP insurance but when with two other warranties that would have been handy with my previous car. Paswale Bruni (Business Manager) - He provide a very smooth transition from moving the loan from one car to another. I've read online that this process can take hours at other non Toyota Dealers. I sat down and he had all the paperwork ready. We took our 2017 RAV4 in for service on 12/6/2023. Maurice Allen, Assistant Service Manager handled the processing of our service appointment. He was extremely helpful and professional. Included in the items to be completed was the annual state safety inspection. In the process of inspecting the RAV4 they found a number of things that needed replaced, but were covered under our extended warranty. In addition, they made a recommendation that we needed new front brakes, an alignment and that we needed to replace the serpentine belt, which were not covered under the warranty. Maurice shared all the information with me and answered all my questions. He was very patient with me so I could feel comfortable with the recommendations. As a result, I authorized all the items that were recommended. The bottom line is this. I trust Maurice Allen and he respresents Ouirsman Fairfax Toyota well. He is one of the best service managers I have ever dealt with. More

We had an extremely positive experience with the service department—said no one ever! Except this time, it could never be more true. My service light came on in my Rav4. I called my neighborhood, Ourisman department—said no one ever! Except this time, it could never be more true. My service light came on in my Rav4. I called my neighborhood, Ourisman Fairfax Toyota, late yesterday afternoon. It was Saturday. The person who answered the phone was awesome. I am sorry I did not get her name. While there were no service appointments' left, given the time of day, I didn't expect there to be, she had me bring my car in as a drop-in. David Martin, Assistant Service Manager, greeted us and determined that my car was due for an oil change. Even though it was late in the afternoon, Mr. Martin made it possible for my car to be serviced while I waited. Less than an hour later, I was back on the road. I've not met a kinder man. Mr. Martin understood that I just started a new job and that I needed my car to commute to work the next day. As a new employee, the last thing I wanted to do was ask my new employer for time off so that I could have my car serviced. I am very grateful to Mr. Martin and to Ourisman. I highly recommend Ourisman, Fairfax Toyota, and all of the great people there. They care. More
