My Review of Outten Kia:
I called Outten Kia to start getting service there. When I gave him (Jim Henne) the vin # of my vehicle he told me it had an open recall on the alternator. He had the car picked up the next morning at my wife's place of work and had the alternator replaced and her car back to her before she was done work. This dealer has gone above and beyond especially since they aren't the dealer that sold me the car.

My Review of Outten Kia:
My experience with Outten KIA was all positive, starting with the sales department. Terrance figured out what my wife wanted and then hooked us up with Tom and he took care of the rest. I brought the car back after three months for a complementary oil change and Jim Henne went totally out of his way to fit us in at the end of the day. I would recommend Outten KIA to anyone. It was a refreshing experience for a person who owns many cars, Mike Widel, Leesport PA

This dealership goes out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy and satisfied with their vehicles. I know that my car is in good hands when it is being worked on. I never have to worry that something was not completed correctly. If I do not understand why or what was done, they take the time to explain it. Wonderful crew!

We have always found the prices to be very far and have always been very happy with the work done to our vehicles. All of the employees we have dealt with have been every kind to us and willing to explain to us what service was done to our cars. Outten has solved problems with out cars that other places could not figure out after multiple visits.

Eight cars purchased over a 31 year period at this location. Dealer name/car brand changed, but service personnel remained constant. We stay here because of the quality of service.
