Oxmoor Toyota: Cares only about who's going to buy!

They'll get your sale and not even look back. They sold me a truck 50 miles away that had already been sold! Then they gave ME and ultimatum whether to back out or take a different truck. I said no. They found another truck exactly like the one I bought and said it will be 18-24 days until I'll get it. I said no. I had to complain to the head man to get one 5 days later. 5 days have passed; no truck and nobody knows where its at.

Those Oxmoor fools need to get something straight before somebody like me straightens it out for them!

My Review of Oxmoor Toyota:
I went to the dealer with a check from my financial institution. Bought a Corolla that would be dleivered in five days. As I was leaving the sales person told me "we might call you tonight, becase it might be here". Two weeks later - NO car. After 3 weeks I went back for my money as was treated like I was robing the bank. I will not even drive by this dealer. They did not called me once to provide me a status on the car. When ever I called to check I would be passed from numerous associates with no answer and no customer service skills. You need to add "it sucks" to this rating.
