My Review of P.S. Honda:
TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. PLEASE DO NOT GO. NOT COURTEOUS OR HELPFUL. EVERY SALESMEN WE MET (AND WE MET 3 OF EMM... TRIED TO SCREW US ON COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NUMBERS FOR THE SAME CARS. I WENT TO GET A CRV AND ENDED WITH AN INSIGHT HYBRID. THE DEALERSHIP WAS SO DISORGANIZED NOT ONLY DID THEY FORGET WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR, BUT THEY NEVER CALLED BACK OR GOT US ANSWERS ON NUMBERS THEY COULD OFFER. THE MANAGERS ALL STINK. THEY WALK AROUND THE FLOOR ACTING LIKE THEY'RE IMPORTANT PEOPLE. THEY STRATEGICALLY CIRCLE THE FLOOR DROPPING IN FOR SHORT 2 BIT SENTENCES REINFORCING A RIDICULOUS PRICE GAUGE BY SOME LOW LEVEL SALESPERSON. AND THERE IS NO DOUBT EVERY PERSON WORKING AT PS HONDA HATES THEIR LIVES AND THEIR JOBS. WE WATCHED A MANAGER CLEARLY ON A POWER TRIP DEMAND THAT A SALESMEN ON THE FLOOR THROW OUT SOME TRASH AND BOXES THAT WERE LYING IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THE MANAGERS CUBICLES. HE REFERRED TO THE WORKER AND SAID "HEY KID, STOP STARING INTO THE AIR AND AT LEAST TAKE THIS TRASH OUT" IN REALITY, THE WORKER WAS ABOUT TO ATTEND TO A POTENTIAL BUYER. INSTEAD HE PACKED UP HIS DESK AND FLED THE DEALERSHIP. AMEN TO THAT BECAUSE HES DEFINATELY BETTER OFF NOW. ALL THIS TIME MY MOTHER AND I ARE SITTING IN THE INSIGHT ON THE FLOOR WAITING TO MEET WITH A FINANCE MANAGER (WITH WHOM WE HAD A MEETING SCHEDULED FOR AT 3 PM). IT WAS 3:30 AND NOT A SOUL HAD REALIZED WE WERE WAITING THERE AND SITTING IN THE CAR RIGHT OUTSIDE THE OFFICE. I MEAN PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO BUY A CAR FROM YOU AND YOU CAN'T EVEN INVITE THEM TO HAVE A SEAT? THIS IS CLEARLY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HONDA AND LEGITIMATE BRANDS WITH CLASS. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, THE FINANCE MANAGER, MIKE (PROBABLY 1 OUT OF 5 OTHER MIKES THERE) ARBITRARILY WROTE NUMBERS DOWN AND WAS ABRASIVE AND GAVE US A FINAL PRICE ON A CHECK TO BRING IN BECAUSE WE WERE BUYING IN CASH. THE NEXT DAY, WE COME IN WITH THE SAME CHECK IN THE AMOUNT HE WROTE DOWN FOR US, AND THE MAN WHOSE SUPPOSE TO GIVE US OUR NEW CAR COMES OVER WITH A FOLDER AND A HAND WRITTEN INVOICE WRITTEN BY ANOTHER MANAGER FOR AN AMOUNT THAT TOTALS 5 DOLLARS MORE THAN THE AMOUNT WE WERE TOLD TO BRING IN. NOW CALL ME CRAZY, BUT IF YOU WERE BUYING A 23 THOUSAND DOLLAR VEHICLE AND THEIR OWN MANAGER MADE AN ACCOUNTING ERROR OF 5 DOLLARS, THEY COULD SUCK IT UP RIGHT? NOOO! I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EARS WHEN YET ANOTHER MANAGER WE NEVER HEARD OF CAME BY AND TOTALED THE NUMBERS AND SAID THE ADD UP WAS WRONG. HIS NAME WAS CHARLIE AND HE NOTIONED THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY 5 DOLLARS OUT OF MY WALLET!!! I WAS SHOCKED AND APPALLED, BUT IT ONLY GOT WORSE. I IMMEDIATELY STOOD MY GROUND AND REFUSED TO TAKE OUT 5 DOLLARS BECAUSE THEY COULDNT DO MATH. CHARLIE PROCEEDED TO WHINE AND DECIDED TO REMOVE HIMSELF FROM THE FLOOR AFTER CLAIMING THAT THIS PROVES WHAT MY TRUE CHARACTER IS. WELL CHARLIE, IT ONLY PROVES WHAT YOUR OWN CHARACTER REALLY IS. THE BEST PART OF THIS IS THAT THE ENTIRE TIME, THE GUY WHO WAS PREPPING MY CAR WAS LAUGHING AND HE ASSUMED IT WOULD BE A MINOR THING REGARDING THE 5 DOLLARS AND HE TOO COULDN'T IMAGINE HOW RUTHLESS AND SKEEVY THIS DEALERSHIP WAS. CLEARLY HE WAS EXCITED TO LEAVE AS WELL. I GUESS YOUR JUST DOING THE DEVILS BIDDING AS A CAR SALESMEN AND MANAGER, OR AT LEAST THATS WHAT MY EXPERIENCE AT PS HONDA HAS TAUGHT ME. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, PAY AN EXTRA 500, BUT GO TO HUNTINGTON HONDA WHERE AT LEAST YOU'LL GET A SEAT AND A PERSON TO TALK TO. I ALSO RECOMMEND THAT PS HONDA INVEST IN A RECEPTIONIST OR AT LEAST A HOT SALESWOMAN TO DISTRACT US FROM THE FIERY DECIEVING SALESPEOPLE AND STUPID MORONS WALKING AROUND ACTING LIKE MANAGERS WHO DON'T REALLY DO ANYTHING WITH THEIR LIVES BUT WALK AROUND AND MAKE SMALL TALK ALL DAY. WARNING TO ALL!!!! ps honda is the devils car dealership!!!!!!

My Review of P.S. Honda:
I had done my homework and was very straight forward with this "Silver Level" saleman named Daryl Beattie. He quoted me a competitive price for an Accord Sedan, not the lowest - but competitive, but when I got home I remembered that I had forgotten to ask him if there were any "administative or prep fees" that he didn't include. He told me "no" but said the destination charge of $700 was extra. I then asked him if the tires or the engine were also extra. He said that was different. I asked him how many people did he send to the factory to pick up the car so they wouldn't have to pay the destination charge. I don't know about you, but when I ask for the price of the car, I want to know the price of the car. I understand that title fees, taxes, etc are extra, but if a destination charge is extra, the salespeople at PS Honda should get extra time in a correctional facilty!

My Review of P.S. Honda:
This dealership has the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They tried to rip me off when I was buying my car, trying to get me to buy things I did not want or need by lying. They tried to rip me off when I picked up my new car, by leaving off things I had paid for and tried to lie about that too. Service department is rude, dishonest, and nasty.

My Review of P.S. Honda:
I found this sight while doing a search engine search for PS Honda and I felt strongly enough about some of the comments here to write my own review. Being in the customer service business, I know what it takes to make a customer happy and the staff at PS Honda go the extra mile for their customers. I've only been dealing with this place for a little over a year, but I have found them to be most helpful and courteous when dealing directly with me and from what I have witnessed while waiting for my car in the service department. I actually went to them originally when the dealer I bought my car from could not fix what turned out to be a fairly minor electrical problem. After going back to my dealer 4 times and being just about blamed for my car cruise control being broken the guys at PS Honda fixed my car in less than 2 hours.....I think the mechanics name was Billy. Shame on me for not getting his name because he is also a credit to this company. I've been back to this dealer 5 or 6 times in the past year for maintenance, which they do quickly and rather inexpensively and without an appointment, and I am always pleased with how well I am treated. I highly recommend PS Honda and I will be sure to buy my next Honda in their showroom.

My Review of P.S. Honda:
Brought car in for 2 safety recalls. There has been a persistent noise from the rear left wheel assembly of my vehicle for 8-9 months. Coincidentally one of the recalls was for possible rear wheel bearing damage from a faulty o-ring seal and water entering the hub/bearing prematurely wearing the bearing and causing it to either break during driving or make noise. Was told that my vehicle did not apply for that particular recall even with the noise from the real wheel present as the o-ring APPEARED to be ok. Dealership stated that they did somehow fix the noise i was complaining about and that it was simply a piece of plastic on the right of the vehicle. Funny considering i said the noise was from the left side of vehicle and I STILL HAVE THE NOISE after they supposedly fixed it. Called the dealership and asked to speak to service manager, named Mike Lamarsh. i got his name from the name plate on the desk which stated service manager. First i was told there was no service manager at the dealership today by the first person i spoke with, then suddenly i spoke to "Mike" who claimed he was the service manager but when asked directly if he really was the service manager stated that he was NOT and would put a REAL service manager on the phone. The REAL service manager, Brett, to give him credit was ultimately helpful, claims that the tech. made an error when documenting what wheel he fixed and he really did fix a plastic piece on the left not the right. Even if he did make a mistake, which i doubt, the noise was still there. I asked for a refund of the labor they charged considering that the issue was not fixed and i Had to argue for 15min. and pull teeth to eventually get my refund and as of today still have yet to see the refund. Eventually, i had to call my CC company and file a dispute to not allow the charge to go through. STAY WAY AT ALL COSTS! UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING THE RUN AROUND. The ratings on this site speak for themselves, this place is terrible from a customer service and work quality standpoint. Not to mention they have one of the SADDEST LOOKING WAITING AREAS with no coffee, tea, magazines or anything for the waiting customer. That's a small issue compared to the actual service though, which is HORRENDOUS!

My Review of P.S. Honda:
I'll NEVER go to this place for any service NOR recommend anyone to do so - I got ripped off - please stay away from this place.

I have a 2000 CRV and the right rear door wouldn't open. So, I took it for checkup at Pepboys and they took the door panels out in 30 mins and said it needed to replace a part and they didn't have it. I didn't want to wait longer for them to get the part - etc. So, I didn't get the door fixed. So, few months later, I took the car to the PS Honda dealer as it was close to my work place and asked them to change the part that was defective. They said it would take couple of hours. I also noticied an advertisement on the wall that they they would have the time card of when the technician starts to work and finishes the work. However, when I got the bill, I was very upset/surprised at the amount that was charged -

1. First they charged me for 4 hours of service. So, I asked them to see the timecard - and when they showed the timecard, I was even upset more - cause the time card showed that the technician started to work at 2:30 PM and finished at 4:30 PM - so, I was expecting that they would charge for 2 hours of service. However, someone had actually hand-wrote '1' in front of the start time of 2:30 to make it look like the service was started at 12:30 -

Here's the other twist to the storey. I had left the car for service at 8:30 AM and asked them to make sure that I needed the car by the end of day and I cannot have the car parked in the place overnight.
At 2:15 PM I called the service department and asked for the status - the lady who answered the phone was very rude and she wouldn't even tell me the status of the service. So, I asked her to talk to the service superviser. I told the service supervisor that if the service wasn't started, don't start on it unless it can be completed by EOD. And that I'll come back another day to get it fixed. The supervisor mentioned that the technician just started on the car. So, the service wasn't started for sure at 12:30 PM.

So, when I asked the supervisor regarding the 'handwritten' timecard to make it look like it was started at 12:30 - he said that he had 2 people to work on the car. There's no way that 2 technician can sit in the back of the car to take the panels out.

They ripped me off for 2 hours of service :( - Will never go there again.

Thanks.

My Review of P.S. Honda:
Brought in 2007 Accord with only 16k miles. Strong mold oder with ac on and a check engine light. Was told I need a new cabin filter and charged $120 incuding $90 for labor. When I told them it is a five minute job to change a filter was told "it's a package price" huh??
Also had a check engine light on. Was told that this was caused by a gas cap tether preventing the cap from closing. This also didn't make much sense but at least it was under warranty. The paint on my radio knob it also flaking off was told this is because of cleaning products anf they can't warranty. More BS. Last but not least they didn't even bother to reset the maintance minder after they changed the oil. Not sure if they even did an oil change but I was charged. Also had bad expreience with sales dept when I leased the car. Avoid this dealer.

My Review of P.S. Honda:
i have recommended this dealer to 6 people already and brought in 2 people to look at your accords + vans.
the only problem i had was with a business manager--i don't know if he mis-spoke or made a mistake, but, since i am not an unreasonable person, i was willing to split the difference and absorb some of the error.
i love my accord and am very happy with it.
tom and frank are great sales people to deal with.
denise is an asset to your company and when she saw the potential problem was very quick to look for the person that could attend to it.
my past experiences with car dealers was not pleasant,
however, p.s. honda ia one rare exception to the "car dealer nightmare".
i came back to p.s.honda because i felt comfortable there.
i could have gotten a better "deal" at another dealer by $ 1000.00 and
since my car was in showroom condition, i realisically did not have to buy a 2008 honda accord.
thank you for everything.
my only criticism is that you could be a little more organized

My Review of P.S. Honda:
I was told by a family member not to go to PS Honda. They were right. As soon as I walked in I felt very suspicious of the salesmen and the surroundings. I was approached by a salesman and in the middle of him explaining the cars interior, he noticed a friend of his walk in. He looked at me and said excuse me and walked away. Disgusting and disgaceful. I then waited for 20 minutes until a salesman was free. While waiting for the 20 minutes I keyed in on a conversation that another salesman was having with a prospective buyer. Now I know my math when it comes to leasing. He was literally FLEECING the poor man. I finally got to sit down with a salesman. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to put down. Boy did he come up with some OUTRAGEOUS numbers. Not only that. He refused to negotiate saying that I was getting an outstanding price. I had him write everything down on a piece of paper. I then got up and told him that he and the dealer are close to committing a crime with these prices. OVER PRICING and LOUSY DEALERSHIP, Failing to negotiate. Never go to this dealer.
