My Review of P & W Foreign Car Service:
They forced me to buy a warranty and gap insurance. That I did not want.
They told me it was no problem they would cancel the Gap and waranty immediately and refund my money. Now it has been over a year and they say they know they owe me $2950 but they will not pay.

Took my 645csi to this dealership and was treated rudely by the service manager, he talked down to me and his employees, if I worked there it would'nt be for long....NEVER have I been so upset leaving a dealership..I had an appointment and he told me he could'nt fit me in...AFTER I got there!

My Review of P & W Foreign Car Service:
It is unfortunate when service centers take full advantage of customers who know less about automobiles, but now I know better than to return to P&W Foreign Cars. Last August I gave my car for its 30,000 mile service and asked for all services necessary at this mileage, including an oil change, brake fluid, etc. , and checks on various parameters of my car. A set rate was given for this service, amounting to around $400 including both parts and labor. I received my car and it seemed to be running okay. A few months later, around late november, my car wasn't running as well and my father checked the oil. He said that it was totally black. We had the car serviced at our normal service center in West Chester, PA, and learned that none of the services we had paid for back at P&W Subaru had been done. In fact, my car by this point was damaged and the brakes had to be replaced. I feel completely, utterly cheated by P&W Foreign Cars and do not plan to return to the facility for any more services.
The only reason I have given higher ratings for friendliness and customer service is that the service center was very kind and polite about cheating me entirely. While I realize that I should be knowledgeable about my car, it is irresponsible for a service center to completely cheat a client and harm their car in the process.

My Review of P & W Foreign Car Service:
My husband and I traveled from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh on a bent tire rim (we didn't know it was bent). It was 2 days before X-mas and we needed to get the rim fixed ASAP so we could travel back home. <br>P &amp; W came through for us. They ordered the part and got it quickly. We were very pleased with their service - esp. since it was before a major holiday and we could have paid a lot more.

My Review of P & W Foreign Car Service:
I had a written quote from the salesman on a pre-owned BMW, and he was to deliver the car to my mechanic on Monday to approve the car before the sale. On Monday, he gave me a story about P&amp;W's mechanics had to check the car out before it could be taken to my mechanic, but that that would happen on Tuesday. On Tuesday he told me the car was sold to someone else Monday night. I believe that the dealership simply decided not to honor its deal with me, and/or found a buyer willing to pay more for the car, and they sold it out from under me. Either way, I find them to be very dishonorable, and went elsewhere to buy my car. I would not do business again with P&amp;W BMW in Pittsburgh.
