My Review of PRINCETON MINI:
First I'd say look at the date of the most recent posts. It seems they've made some changes at Princeton Mini. Rob Morris was very courteous (no relation to me by the way) got drinks for my kids, was patient when they ran amok in the place, etc. Other staff I came across were very friendly. I wasn't ready to buy at the time and it didn't matter at all to him. He arranged me to take a drive and said no worries...very cordial.
I have yet to experience service or sales to the level that others have, so I must respect their statements. Just wanted to write though and say I had a good experience. In addition, the Mini side now has it's own cordoned off area, specfic to the brand.

My Review of PRINCETON MINI:
Dealer has not provided tags for car and has been giving me the runaround and POOR customer service regarding resolution. I am driving around with expired tags and have already been pulled over once. The dealer has lied to me about when they were advised of problems in paperwork, not called back at appointed times, not delivered additional parts for the car that were part of the sale, and has been generally difficult.

My Review of PRINCETON MINI:
Ignored for 15 minutes, although I came intending to buy a Mini. "Not my station," only this time all the BMW dealers didn't want to talk to any Mini-wannabes.<br><br> Hope Mini can improve the service/attitude at Princeton Mini/BMW... but I'm not holding my breeath, esp, since several others have reported similar experiences, including one owner who says the worst thing about his Mini is having to go to his dealership for service!

My Review of PRINCETON MINI:
The bad things about princeton MINI have to due with there service department and there are too many things to list here. Some highlights<br><br>1) We go in to have the passenger seat repaired and not only do they <br> not fix it, but the break the driver seat while trying to use it as a <br> reference for how the seat should work. They don't have the part to<br> fix it and don't know when they can get it. Useless.<br><br>2) On a rainy day the control module got when and casued an electrical<br> failure that put the windows down (can't putthem back up). When we<br> call to say we're coming in (while it's raining) they tell us that they<br> can't look at the car until next week!<br><br>3) It took 3-4 attempts to fix the electrical problem.<br><br>There's more but it would take to long to explain. We actually drive 1 <br>1/2 hours out of our way to have no warranty work done somewhere else. I hear Don Rosen is much better. I think we'll try them next time.<br><br>
