My Review of PUGI of Chicagoland:
I could not have had a better experience purchasing my 2009 Mazda at Pugi in Downers Grove. Was there several times to look at car, once to test drive. They never pressured a sale and also let me take the car home for a bit to have wife drive it. No pressure on extra's like paint protection, rust protection, etc. A little salesmenship on the extended warrenty but that is expected from any dealership. I got what I wanted on my trade and on the price of the car (I did my research and was not asking for the world to be given to me). I would buy another car from this sales team. Chris and Marcus were great!

My Review of PUGI of Chicagoland:
Overall a very positive experience for my first new car purchase (an '08 Mazda 3 Grand Touring). The facility, personnel, service and selection are top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. PUGI is definitely not your typical car dealership and the personalized service and attention to detail sets them apart from their competition. I truly couldn't be happier with my new Mazda 3!

Did a straight internet deal with Pugi Mazda in Downers Grove. I requested an online quote for a specific 2007 Mazda3 s Touring 4-door Sedan from their available online inventory. They gave me an honest, out-the-door price, $2,505 off the vehicle MSRP of $21,060 within 60 minutes of my Monday afternoon request. Drove to the dealer on Wednesday morning to test drive, purchased for cash the same day. Quick, easy, no-hassle shopping provided with great integrity!

AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

My Review of PUGI of Chicagoland:
PUGI OF CHICAGOLAND STEAL FROM THE CUSTOMERS. LET ME EXPLAIN, I WENT TO PUGI LAST YEAR AND TRADED IN MY 2000 AUDI A4 FOR A NEW VW PASSAT. I HAD A BALANCE ON MY TRADE FOR 15K. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD PAY OFF MY CAR AND MY PAYMENTS WOULD BE 380. I SAID OK AND WE DID THE DEAL. THREE WEEKS LATER MY BANK CALLED ME AND SAID THEY ONLY GOT 10K FROM PUGI. I CALLED PUGI AND THEY TOLD ME THEY PAID IN FULL. I CALL MY BANK AND TELL THEM THAT, THEY SEND ME A COPY OF THE CHECK AND IT WAS ONLY 10K. THE BANK WANTS THE MONEY AND I HAD TO PAY. PUGI WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME OR PAY ME. THEY TELL ME TO TALK TO THEIR ATTORNEY AND NEVER RETURN MY CALLS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY AND I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR THE MONEY EVER SINCE.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM EVER!!!!!
