My Review of Pacific Coast Ford:
Granted, I can in without an appointment to the service department on a saturday. The young woman behind the counter was short with me and was condescending when I tried to explain about a noise in the engine. It was suggested that I change my Transmission fluid along and do an oil change. After over 325 dollars worth of service and repair fees, The noise has changed from a sound to an engine 'sputter'. I went back to this dealership and put another 285 dollars into fixing the problem. After being there for FIVE HOURS, the 'sputter' was determined to be a misfiring in cylinder #3. Now, the dealership service people wanted to charge more to clean/flush my fuel injector. By the way, they didn't replace my transmission filter while they were changing the fluid. So, they wanted to charge me again to do that! Needless to say, I am not happy at all with this dealership's service department.

My Review of Pacific Coast Ford:
I think this dealership should be put out of business. I have never been treated so horrible, they treat you like your below them. I asked to speak to a manager and he was the worst. would not even look me in the eye. I was lied to and then lied to again . i would not recommend anyone even stepping foot into this place.

My Review of Pacific Coast Ford:
I recently purchased a 2004 Ranger and a 2005 Ford Mustang from Pacific Coast Ford. After visiting many local dealers I found their salesmen to very straightforward and trustworthy. I purchased the Ranger under invoice and the Mustang at MSRP. Other local dealers were (are) charging up to $5000 over MSRP. They are the first dealer would reccomend to others.
