My Review of Pacific Volkswagen:
I simply wanted to buy a used Porsche and one I could afford. Nicest car at the price range I could be in. I had looked at several at various dealerships in the greater LA area. When I first found the car at Pacific, Nikos stayed in touched with me and worked with my schedule to make an appointment to see and drive the car. He was friendly without being pushy. Buying the car is a personal experience for me and he worked with me on that level. The car is in excellent condition but 11 years old. It had a couple issues we needed to deal with and he and Crystie, knowing how much I wanted the car and the deal to come together, made the little issues resolved and the things fixed. I simply love the car and the experience with Pacific and Nikos in particular was fabulous if you can use that word in relationship to buying a car : ) I told him I change cars every 2-4 years depending - so, keep my name, I'll be looking again when the time comes around. I won't hestitate to look you guys up to see what's on the Lot!

My Review of Pacific Volkswagen:
My name is Andres Hernandez, And I have a complaint against Mr Enfiedjian , On April 20th I emailed you guys about a 2009 Lexus IS 250 add I saw on Autotrader , Mr Enfiedjian responded to my email and called me right after, I was talking to him about a trade In and how that process worked, He wanted me to apply for credit online I felt like I was being forced so I told him I rather go over on my days off and check out the car first, He said it was fine for me to go over and even test drive the car but what if my credit was not approve, that I would only be wasting my time, so I told him that it was up to me if I wanted to waste my time and he said ''well you'll be wasting my time too'' I told him I was going to contact someone else to help me so I wouldn't be wasting he's time. The call was at around 10:30am, If it was record it you guys can hear how bad is he's costumer service! He made all the personal there seen lazy and for people like him I would never bring my business there .

Employee(s) Dealt With: George Dunbar, Christopher Estrada

My Review of Pacific Volkswagen:
I was referred to Chris Estrada at Pacific VW by two friends, and I was not disappointed! My last car buying experience was 12 years ago and back then I walked into the dealership cold, and got the old-school hard-sell type sales guy. Because of that I was dreading the car-buying experience, but I had nothing to worry about. Chris was great - friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgable - he answered all my questions and gave me alot of information but didn't try to sell or talk me into anything. If I was considering something, he would help me think through the pros and cons, but without pushing either way. George Dunbar was the finance guy I had, and he also presented options and information about the add-ons but did not pressure me at all into choosing anything. I felt comfortable with both Chris and George and felt that they were there to help me through the process and make sure I was happy with my choices, they weren't there just to make the sale. I will recommend them and Pacific VW!

Employee(s) Dealt With: Frank Harris

My Review of Pacific Volkswagen:
While car buying is never an easy process to go through, Frank made the process as enjoyable as possible. His laid back, matter of fact approach is the reason I didn't go to another dealership to purchase my car (I did have another appointment that evening with another dealer.) He was informative and willing to try to get to a number that I would agree to. My girfriend and I both enjoyed working with Frank, he was able to deliver everything he promised.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Susan Ahn, Steve Stalnaker

My Review of Pacific Volkswagen:
I am amending my prior review of Pacific Volkswagen. I was very pleased to find out that reviews written are taken very serious and Pacific VW values customer service and customer satisfaction. Steve Stalnaker has been very helpful and accommodating. I am pleased to say that my Passat is running great again and more importantly Steve has restored the faith I lost in this dealership. Thank you Steve for all your help.

6 months ago I brought my Passat for some work done and was very pleased with Dennis, the work cost me $1,600 but my Passat was running perfect! In February 2012 I brought the car back for an oil change. When we picked up the car the "check engine sensor" was on and the car was shaking and misfiring. I called Susan over right away and she asked the tech to take it back. I was then told they had to keep the car over night to diagnose it. I called Susan the next day and was told nothing was wrong with the car and possibly it was the gas I was using. Since that oil change, less than a month ago the car has never been the same. I brought the car back again and was told that the car needed more repairs totaling $1,540!! I told her again how the car was running great prior to the oil change and that their lack of explanation for the misfiring & check engine light was unacceptable and how their were no signs of problems prior to the oil change and she just said these problems are coincidental. I honestly feel that the car was tampered with so that I would be forced to come back and spend more money. I had heard from other people regarding this dealership but now I have experienced it first hand. I will make sure to warn everyone I know to use extreme caution when getting service done here, even something as minor as an oil change. Somehow they always try and get you to come back and spend more money by tampering with something else on the car.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Amir Al-Khayat

My Review of Pacific Volkswagen:
I was looking for a new car and we stopped by your dealership late one weeknight (after 8pm); not realizing the dealership was already "closed"; Amir was very kind and even though it was almost 9pm he walked us through the lot and showed us some vehicles and provided us with some information on the cars we were interested in purchasing. He was very polite and informative and because of this we opted to return to this dealership to give them our business.

The staff was courteous and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Frank Harris

My Review of Pacific Volkswagen:
Our family purchased a VW Jetta from Frank Harris/Pacific Volkswagen in March of 2012. The car will be driven by our daughter who is a student at LMU. As an out of state buyer, I was looking for a local contact that I could trust. As a father, I hoped to find a car that was safe, reliable and competitive from a mileage and insurance standpoint. Frank suggested the Jetta. He educated us on the car's high safety ratings, provided a deal with 24 hour roadside assistance/free maintenance and followed up with me by phone several times answering all of my questions. When it was time for final closing, Frank was accommodating to our daughter's busy schedule and helped acclimate her to all the Jetta's many features. All in all, our car buying experience with Frank Harris and Pacific Volkswagen was excellent.

My Review of Pacific Volkswagen:
To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this email / letter to you to let you know about my experiences dealing with your service department. On last Friday, March 9 2012, I have my 2007 Silver Passat 2.0 Turbo towed into your facility by AAA due to failure to start my engine. Initially I was told to call back on the following day (Saturday) because by the time I came into your facility, it was around 2:00 PM in the afternoon. I received a call on Saturday from your service department explaining to me that I needed an ignition switch and the parts won't be available until Tuesday. So I said OK, but in the meanwhile no mentioning of a courtesy car or anything, so I do NOT have any means of transportation for 5 days. On Tuesday I got another call from your service department telling me that my car need to replace an expensive Comfort and Control Module and AGAIN the parts weren't available and it wouldn't arrive until Friday. The service department had promised me to call me first thing on Friday. I've waited and waited until 4:00 PM and still NO ONE from your department called me. So I decided to call in myself. Another member of your service department told me the person responsible for my case was in some sort of training and so NO ONE was assigned to take care of my case and NO ONE had ANY IDEAS of what happened to my car repair. I called in again, finally got someone to help me to look up my case and the person told me the technician responsible for my repairs have gone for the day and NO STATUS updates were done so AGAIN NO ONE in your DEPARTMENT KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT MY CAR REPAIR and I was told to call back tomorrow when the person assigned to my car repair is back from her TRAINING.

This is the first time I've been to your service department. I usually deal with another VW dealer in Van Nuys and they have ALWAYS been courteous and prompt. My car broke down near your dealership and I thought I would be treated the same as the other dealership, I AM COMPLETELY WRONG. I am writing you this letter to let you know of my situations and EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT and SHOCK with the level of service provided by your department.

EXTREMELY SADDEN FIRST TIME CUSTOMER,

Paul Reioux
