And then I had to give personal information before they could! I was so frustrated! But I must say I was very happy at Palace! I was able to look at several cars, go in them. Manar came out, allowed me to look, once I finished she approached me to see if I had questions. She answered all my questions and what she didn't know , she looked it up! She was very patient with me. And I appreciate that! I ended up getting a 2017 Honda Accord sport se! And so far I'm happy!😊 More

Master of Disguise. Hi I was in the market looking for a car long story short. I checked the car out I seen it had a check engine light on they said it's because the batt Hi I was in the market looking for a car long story short. I checked the car out I seen it had a check engine light on they said it's because the battery. They plugged the SANNER to the car and cleared the codes. So I drove around for 2 days the light came back on. I brought the car to auto zone they told me 4 c02 codes popped up costing me 500+. Then I bring the car to get an oil change come to find out i need an new oil pan and they cant change the oil the plunge is stripped coasting me another 600+ for parts and labor. The dealership didn't help me with anything and threatened to take away the vehicle after I needed more time to pay the car note due to the fact they manipulate me to think there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle.
