The staff at Palm Chevrolet was very heplfull at helping us pick out our 2012 cruze.
They went out of there way to fine the right car to fit us and what we wanted. We look forward to working with them for all of our services we may need in the future.

Our sale although lengthy was overall a pleasant one. Thank you very much to Rick who is an asset to your sales department. We went in to purchase a new car for my daughter, who had no credit established yet. We were in a bind as our 2007 Malibu, that we had purchased new, was having trouble with the rack & pinion. We replaced it 4 times in 2 years, 3 times in a month! It was extremely unsafe. I knew that we had a chance of not being financed due to the lack of credit, and my name being on my truck and my younger daughter's car, but Mike and the team at Palm Chevy in Ocala were so very helpful and got her through with a deal she could handle!

We even walked away with a 90,000 basic warranty that I am still trying to figure out! I am not complaining though! I am glad we were able to get my daughter into a brand new car. She has at least a 70 mile round trip drive to work, at night, on a road that can be unsafe. I don't want her in a car that has a lot of miles and could break down shortly after purchase.

My experience from the moment I drove on the lot was absolutley wonderful. My Salesman Tim Millar was attentive and answered everything I asked. The Sales Manager was extremely nice and helpful and Ken from finance made it extremely easy to get financing and all the paper work done quickly! A Great Place to Purchase a car!

Palm Chevy is a great place to buy a car. The staff was very friendly and the whole experience was nice and easy. Everything about the car was clearly explained to me, which helped being a first time car buyer, and filling out the paperwork was a breeze. The customer service was great it was a positive environment to walk into. I was assisted right on the spot; the employee Donald Smith helped me find what was wrong with my 2000 Pontiac grand am. He was able to fix the problem to my car and now it works brand new like nothing was wrong with it to start with. I would strongly recommend him to other customers for not only his positive attitude but for the incredible work he put into fixing my car.

Purchased from Will Smith a 2011 Chevy Cruze in April, 2011. Today 2/7/2012 had first oil change plus inspection and Donald Smith was the service advisor. I am extremely happy with the service plus his willingness to help me with understanding some of the workings of the Cruze. Am extremely happy with all the people I met while purchasing the car and since with whatever advice was needed.

Bought a new Chevrolet Cruze last weekend at Palm Chevrolet. Buying from them was really hassle free and Roger and Will made sure we were completely happy with our purchase. They also both offered answer any questions we had at anytime about the car even after we drove it off the lot. I would recommend making the drive up to Ocala if you're looking for a new car.

I have purchased 3 vehicles total ( 2 new and 1 used) from Palm Chevrolet over the past 7 years, the most current purchase of a 2012 Malibu being Jan. 2012. They are friendly and courteous and know their stuff. I love the new way of "no haggle" sales pricing and trade in value. There is no pressure at all. Mike Scott was my sales person and even came in on his day off to assist me with my decision. They also have a wonderful service department. I will go back again and will recommend them to anyone who needs to purchase a new or used vehicle.
