"New Truck Purchase"
Purchasing a new car or truck can be an exhausting experience. We knew our finances and what we could afford, did the research, trolled the internet, contacted dealerships and talked with customers who had recently made new car or truck purchases. Since we both travel for work, we were not tied to one location for our purchase, but the list of who we wanted to do business with dwindled quickly.
Palm Coast Ford treated us with respect. Period. Since we were in the area and had our trade-in on hand, we decided to stop in to peruse their inventory. Before heading out to the dealership we had corresponded by email and text with Chris Smith and Sean Peveler. At no time during the process did we feel like just a “number” to them or an inconvenience to their schedule. Everyone that we met had a professional and warm demeanor, they responded in a timely manner to our deluge of questions. The entire staff totally dismantled the “used car salesman” image that has become so iconic.
While we loved our Ford Edge, our goal was to purchase a dually truck that could handle our forty-three foot fifth wheel, while not over taxing the truck or the engine, with power for traversing the passes at home in Colorado.
We purchased a Chevy Silverado truck that was in their used vehicle inventory.
Happy, happy, happy the truck is exactly what we needed.
So, the real question is…do we feel comfortable recommending Palm Coast Ford to our friends and family for the purchase or lease of a new or used car or truck? Absolutely, the entire process went smoothly, we were treated fairly and with respect by everyone that we encountered. I would have no reservations at all endorsing Palm Coast Ford, they truly earned our business and an excellent review.
"Great Customer Service!!"
I went to get a simple oil change recently and was met by a young man named John Hart-He was very attentive, professional, and made the experience quick and pleasant. Just nice to go somewhere now a days and not feel like you're just a number with money! Cathy L.
"Engine light still on "
2016 Ford escape. Engine light on. Should not be happening on a new vehicle. No reassurance my vehicle is safe to drive. They erased the cpu code and sent me on my way just to have it come on again
