Ramsey and his supervisor Kevin made this sale so enjoyable for me. They had to get the Elantra that I want from a different dealership. They accompanied me all the way to Fort Myers Airport to return my rental car and then pick me up to Palm Dealership to complete the transaction. They gave me a car to drive home and the next day hand delivered the new car to my home.

I gave the dealer a check for $1000 for a new 2012 Elantra that was on the lot and ready to be prepped. They said they would call me the next day. I finally called them and was told the car was sold to someone else and I could come in to pick up my check or wait for another red elantra to come in. They said a deposit is not binding. If this is true, why would anyone give a deposit?

All three employees were courtous,helpful and informative and willing to handle all our questions in accurate detail.We researched a long time before making a decision and are quite pleased at this time.The reason we are giving this rating is because of all the above plus the pleasure and ecconomy the vehicle has given since we have owned it.

We visited our local Mazda dealer but were not pleased with their sales tactics. We then decided to search for the car we wanted to purchase on the internet. We found what we were looking for on your website and filled out the contact information so someone could tell us more about the vehicle. Victoria responded very promptly to the email. We received all the information we needed about the car and negotiated the price via phone. Based on our interactions via email and phone we purchased the car even though we had never test driven it. We live three hours from the dealership and made the trip to complete the transaction and bring the car home. This dealership did exactly what they said they would do. There were no surprises. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to purchase a car.

Buying a vehicle through Palm Hyundai was one of best car buying experiences I can say that I have ever had. From the initial Phone call at 5:30pm till I walked out the door with my new car and keys in hand everyone was extremley courteous and helpful. The 30 mile drive to Palm Hyundai was worth every mile to deal with such a professional group of people. I can't say enough about the car buying experience at Pam Hyundai.

My husband and I travelled from Naples, Fl approximately an hour away to visit Palm after having negative experiences at Tamiami Hyundai and O'Brien Hyundai. Kelly Sears greeted us with professionalism and knowledge and we purchased our new Hyundai that day! We met with Noah Ledoux, the Business Manager who was very knowledgeable and courteous as well. Kelly met us when we arrived and listened....when we asked about the particular car that we were looking for - she was not pushy ( which we both appreciate) but answered all of our questions. She gave good information and saw that we got through the paperwork as quickly as possible. Gail was also very efficient in explaining her portion of the paperwork. Steve too was very efficient and had all of the paperwork ready so that it was just a matter of reviewing and signing where required.

I had already gone to the Naples Hyundai but they did not have a color of car that we liked - and they said that they would call us back when they found something available......they never did.

We went shopping for a car but didn't know what car we wanted. Daniel was patient and allowed us to drive three different cars so that we could be sure we purchased the correct car.
We just drove our Sonata home and we couldn't be happier so far.

I walked in not knowing what I was looking for but had a price range in mind. He asked a few questions and found me the perfect car at the perfect price. Everyone at the Palm Auto Mall was incredibouly not only professional but genuinely nice. I would highly reccomend this dealership.
