My Review of Palm Kia:
The Palm Kia employees are very friendly and helpful. I had a bad experience at another Kia dealership on the same day I bought my Kia Soul, but Justin made up for it and got me the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend Palm Kia to any and all car buyers. Thank you so much! I love my new Soul!

Vicki and her team were outstanding. They treated me with respect and didn't try to talk me into anything I couldn't afford. I would recommend them to others who are looking to buy a car in a heart beat. Matter a fact a couple were looking and asked me what I thought of the Kia Brand. Well let's just say I think I sold my 1st Kia at the dealership LOL.

We have had the pleasure of purchasing five new vehicles from Palm Kia over the years. The current staff exceeds all expectations from the professional sales associate David Ferrer, to Sue Ann Wolford(the go-to associate), to Jon Barrows, Manager. Each in his/her own right is an asset to this dealership. Their friendliness made the transaction a pleasant experience. We have a great deal of confidence in the performance of the Kia Sorentos, and believe we have even exceeded the value quoted by Consumer Reports. We strongly believe that associates who provide exceptional service should be recognized accordingly.

My Review of Palm Kia:
The dealership was awesome. The only reason for the "GOOD" on overall experience was that I specifically told the salesman and heard him tell the manager that I did not want my credit pulled from anyone but KIA Credit. I had an already approved check from Capitol One and was told KIA would be a better rate. Over the last 3 weeks i have been receiving letters from banks advising me of their decisions on my car loan. Now I have to spend valuable time to remove those requests because I did not approve them.

My Review of Palm Kia:
I was looking for specific options and vehicle color on my new Sorento. Nick went over and above what most salesmen would do to find me the exact SUV I was looking for! Within less than a week of our first initial meeting, Nick had found my perfect vehicle and had it delivered to the dealership. He explained everything on the vehicle, inside and out, so there were no unanswered questions when I drove off the lot. I would highly recommend Nick and Palm Kia for your next vehicle purchase!!

My Review of Palm Kia:
We started off talking with Roger Rice. He is very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He then introduced us to Sue Ann Wolfred. Sue Ann was very attentive to our wants, needs & desires. Roger & Sue Ann arranged for us to drive several different vehicles in order to determine exactly what we wanted. Roger would say "we won't let you buy the wrong vehicle". We decided what we wanted and ordered it. Sue Ann kept in touch with us. once it came in, we loved it. We got a better interest rate thru the dealership than with own bank. It was a GREAT experience!!!!

My Review of Palm Kia:
This was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Period. Pat & Robert were outstanding - friendly, genuine & a pleasure to work with. We really felt they sincerely cared about our purchase & the entire process - what a concept in car buying!
The manager, Greg Baker, was conscientious, courteous & we felt it really did matter to him if we got the car we wanted at a payment we can afford...and we did! Our daughter will be in the car market in 2 months & Palm Kia Used Cars will be our absolute first stop. Seriously, this is a novelty in the car-buying whirlwind to find a place with high quality vehicles & even higher quality people selling them. We are definite return customers. They are doing something right here :) Thank you.
