After having a very unpleasant experience at another dealership, we went to Palm KIa with a chip on our shoulder. What a wonderful surprise. No hounding, stealing keys or price changing. They have real prices and a really heart warming approach to their customers. We didn't make a decision, but I promise when we do, It will be Palm Kia. Did you know they sell Chevy's too. The Salesperson Jason and the Sales Manager Pat were courteous, professional and absolutely a pleasure to work with. This is the second Kia I have bought from the dealership. Pat the Sales Manager as well as Jason my sales person are outstanding.

I am 74 years old and have bought at least 25 cars in my lifetime. This is the first purchase that did not leave me with buyers remorse or the feeling that I was taken advantage of. I got a great deal. I got more for my trade in than anyone else was willing to give and the fixed price on the 4-year-old car I was buying on-line car shopping service. But there is more than money involved. Palm Kia staff is truly friendly and they wanted me to find a car that was right for us. But wait, there is more. My used car came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty that covers tires, battery, bulbs, hoses, brakes, spark plugs and wiper blades. We will buy our next car from them. One last comment. I am a guy and I was waited on by a woman. She was the Best car salesperson ever.

Straight forward, fair and courteous. Who could ask for more. They quoted a fair price, no haggle, provided discounts and corrected errors that would have been in their favor without my input.

Short answer: They are very good and I would use them again. If you value honesty and integrity see Carly Cook. She is perhaps the first honest real car salesmen I have ever dealt with.

Long answer: If you like no nonsense, "have the price on the tag" like a regular store kind of shopping then this place is for you. They have their best price on the car and that is what you pay; period. Like shopping for a pair of pants. You go in find the car you like for the price you want, bring it up to the register and pay for it. However, if you like "the dance" and think that you are getting a good deal because of your superior negotiating skills then this place is not for you. I also think you are fooling yourself.

The reason I gave a 4 for price is because the price is what it is. Take it or leave it. Can you get a better price somewhere else? Possibly but I doubt it, and even if you could it would require days of traveling and negotiating and in the end how much would you save really? Dealerships do this all day every day and you are just not going to talk them into doing something that they don't want to do.

Bottom line is: very nice people that are selling a product for a fair price and treat you like a human being and not a mark to be scammed to see how much they can get out of you. I wanted a specific car with certain options (not common) and this dealership (and Carly in particular) worked hard to locate it and get it to the me in a day.

I cannot say enough good things about our buying experience at Palm Kia. My husband and I are very conservative and always thoroughly research a vehicle before we buy. We first located our vehicle online and made contact with Chad Batchelor, Internet Manager, Palm Kia, for more information. Through our research we had already narrowed down what we wanted and the only thing left to do was negotiate on the price. Luckily for both parties involved, Palm Kia has a 'best price' policy where they truly offer the best price !!...there was no haggling, no sitting for hours while the salesperson goes back and forth...we simply agreed on a price beforehand, drove over 2 hours to test drive it, loved it !!....the time involved between test driving it, purchasing and signing all paperwork took just over an hour !...what a relief !!...Chad is an asset to Palm Kia !!...Vickie helped us complete all the legal details and was such a pleasure to work with !!..Thank you, Palm Kia, for employing such professionals !!...they truly understand how valuable everyone's time is and with their efficiency, professionalism and courtesy, this was truly a pleasant experience !!
