They over charge on diagnostic fees as well as labor and parts. I got charged $108.00 diagnostic fee and paid $200.00 for leaking valve covers somewhere else versus Papiks $400.00.

The Staff was so professional and friendly. There was absolutely no high pressure in any way. I found a problem and when I contacted them they were very cordial and wanted to see the vehicle asap in order that they could make the repair. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and I would not have purchased a second if I had had any problem with the first. I am very happy with my purchase experience.

We drove to Luverne from Sioux Falls and it was very much worth the drive. although they were short on employees when we went, they made sure when they got to help us the service was great! (much better than our local dealer hands down!) the prices are up front and no bull to deal with which was a nice change as well.. I would totally recommend Papik Motors to anyone we know in the market for a new or used vehicle..

Words can't describe how happy I am with the new vehicle we bought from Scott Boll at Papik Motors. His expertise in the auto helped us decide which vehicle was the best option for us. I'd buy from him again and I have recommended him to other friends and family who are on the hunt for a new vehicle.

The sales dept is also great; always willing to listen when I had a problem with a previous vehicle I owned (one not bought at Papiks) and they treated me with respect. Luverne is lucky to have such a great bunch of guys servicing our city.

I had a fantastic experience with Papik Motors! I was referred to Papik from a very satisfied customer. After doing my homework on the internet, I took Papik up on their test drive. I was offered over book price for my Ford Ranger, under book price for my new red Jeep Compass, and a better finance rate than my bank, and with my good credit score, received an even better rate! Everyone (from the top down) made it a fun event to sign and "drive"!
I have been selling products and myself for years, and in my opinion, am very impressed with the whole Papik team. Everything was "black and white" for all the numbers, except for my red jeep!
I know it sounds too good to be true, but I think it's because we consumers have become used to mediocre and less than satisfactory sales and service in most items we purchase. I have already recommended a person to the Papik website. Papik knows how to do sales, customer service, numbers, and service down to the final details.

Salesman, Pete Connell, went out of his way to find us the car we were looking for in a timely fashion. He made a special trip to our house to look at our trade-in as we were too busy to bring the car to him to evaluate it. Once we picked up our new car, he was very thorough in showing us all the features and how to use them. We were introduced to the maintainence department which was exceptionally curteous, and again, thorough. We found this experience to be unique in our history of buying cars.

What makes a reliable dealer? I had a few issues regarding the sales and service departments on a vehicle I purchased. I was not happy with the results, but when I relayed this to Jordan Papik, good things happened. Not only did he resolve the issues, he offered way more than expected to make it right.

I have known Tim von Holt for many years, our friendship grew through his trusted help and advice. I had purchased a prior vehicle from Papik Motors and worked with their service department also. With this new vehicle we purchased the lifetime warranty and look forward to just calling and having the service department take care of the truck when things comes up.

We just bought our third car from Papik Motors. Each time has been a very good experience and we will keep coming back for all of our automotive needs. Working with Pete, Micky and all of the Papik employee's has been so easy. They keep a comfortable,up front environment.
