My Review of Paragon Acura:
Paragon Acura is the worst dealership in NYC, trust me, DO NOT go to this dealership. I purchased a certified pre-owned Acura from this dealership recently, what a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! First, they promised me things that they would fix and do on the day of pickup, but NOTHING was done and they let me waited for hours before telling me that they couldn’t fix the problems and asked me to pickup the car, and come back to have the problems fixed later. I was there three times and still haven’t got the problems fixed.

Then a few days later, the finance manager called and said they made a mistake on the contract and asked me to go back and redo the contract. So I went back and told them that I refused to redo the contract because it’s a legal binding document. This time, another finance manager met me and threatened me that they would keep my car and won’t give my money back. I told him that I would call the police and contact my lawyer, but he still refused to cooperate and gave me a nasty attitude. After an hour of waiting, they finally agreed to keep the original contract terms and let me go.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

My Review of Paragon Acura:
This Dealer is BIG RIPOFF. They Don't let you meet the Finance Manager unless you buy the car insurance for the car and make a deposit on the Car. Once you buy the car insurance then you get stuck with higher APR. Can anyone tell those Cheaters that this is not fair deal to customers. Finance Mgr is suppose to tell the APR to the customer when financing. This is bad business.
I will rather buy BMW now. Terrible Experience buying Acura from them.
I was looking to buy a TL and visited Paragon, I told the salesperson I am serious buyer. First they wouldn't give me a Price and tell me that they will give me the Final price when I am ready to buy. Finally after 1 hour or talking we got to a number. I left and went back the following saturday. Once I arrive to the Paragon I inform the receptionist that I am here to buy a new TL. She asked me if I have been here before. I said yes but I like to see different salesperson because the last one I visited I couldn't understand a word he was saying to me.

To make the story short we agree to a price, I left the deposit of $500 and also informed that I will come back another day with my family so that if everyone approves the deals then I will buy. The manager agreed and signed on the binding contract. I went home and did a research I felt that they were pricing me very high. I called them and asked them to cancel the deal and I like to get the refund. The salesperson said its fine. After that manager calls me and tells me that they will give me TL with NAV with the same price quoted if I come into office. I go to the OFFICE the same manager says I never said such a THING. COWARD. I was like ok I don't even want NAV then offer me discount on without NAV. He gives me discount little bit here and there.
But he is asking me before I buy the car he wants to see the CHECK. I am like I want to see the FINANCING MANGER before I can buy. I am not taking the car home for free. How can I tell u if I can afford it or not. They charged my CC $3000 and I don't even know what my APR is.
MANAGER says to me I can't see the FIN. Mgr because I need to purchase the Insurance first then I can see him. I tell him that thank for waisting so much of my time, I don't even want to buy from you. Please issue me my credit. I am waiting for my credit. I will file complaint against. They are crooks, they want to hook you on the price first. If that doesn't work they will hook you on the APR. Watch out FOLKS.

Basically the bottom line is this dealer if they quote u a price. then the only thing left for them to make money is on APR. They knew my credit score was very high. They didn't want to sell me the car because they are making very little amount.
This is abslute rip off Dealer. Please do yourself a big favour. I don't think anyone should trust this dealer.

My Review of Paragon Acura:
I dealth with Vincent Madonia when purchasing my new car in 2006. He was not friendly at all and the only reason I dealt with him is because he promised me a great deal on the car over the phone. When I came to the dealership, he denied that we ever had a conversation on the phone and gave me totally different pricing. The whole experience with him was very unpleasant, he was rude and very slow in terms of closing the deal. I spent 2 days in the dealership, going back and forth from Brooklyn to Queens. At the end, he promised me free cargo net and visors, which I never received still. When calling Vincent and leaving numerous messages--he never calls me back. I'm very happy with my new car, but I would never deal with Paragon and especially Vincent again.

My Review of Paragon Acura:
Be very very careful with these people. i came in looking for a good lease deal on an Acura TSX. i had given them a quote from another dealer and they told me they can beat it so coerced me into coming to see them in person. at first, they did beat the other deal and i agreed to lease from there. upon showing up for the lease signing two days later and already depositing $500, they only then proceeded to tell me the deal i had agreed with them was based on a Super Preferred Rate (SPR) that I would not be getting. Instead I was charged an extra $200/month from the initial deal they made.

I left feeling very deceived and taken advantage of. it was my very first car buying experience. I cannot even enjoy the car now knowing how I was so used and deceived...

Do not trust them.

My Review of Paragon Acura:
This is the worst experience I've ever had or could imagine in buying a car. I bought an acura TL from paragon back in May of this year. At the time of the purchase, Chris Howard falsely told me that lojack would help me save around 15 dollars a month on car insurance. This turned out to be false as it only saves that amount per year. Nice false advertising there.
The sales people had a very unfriendly/ pouty air about them as if they were doing me a favor in their every action. I mean get over yourself... I am the customer, purchasing a product from you.
I had purchased a 5 year extended warranty contact but promptly canceled it within 2 days. As it was within the 5 days allowed to make such a cancellation, I should have received a full refund of the money, yet despite calling paragon acura over the phone maybe 30 times over the past 3 months, and making 3 visits, I have yet to receive all of my money back. They never return my calls, and on the rare occasions when I actually am able to get through with Mr Boyd, he keeps delaying and pushing it off, telling me that he'll look into it. At one point he even suggested that I am not eligible for a full refund of my money on the warranty because I chose to fianance the warranty payment, which is utterly ridiculous and not even true.
These people are crooks and liars. I would never recommend buying a car at this place.

My Review of Paragon Acura:
This operation should be shut down for fraud and defamation of the Acura logo. <br>Visited this dealer and signed a contract leaving a $2000 deposit (thankfully on my ATM Visa) until they played bait and switch. Suddenly the color I wanted and TSX w/Navi was not available, but they would &quot;do me a favor&quot; and give me another color w/out Navi for the same price. I cancelled the contract and retained an attorney. To date, they still have not returned my deposit. <br>Fortunately, I was able to get my TSX at Smithtown Acura -- it is a great car and this dealership treated me fairly. <br>Please, save yourself the stress and &quot;let-down&quot; of dealing with these people -- shop somewhere else!
