Sherri was involved in sending emails, pictures, and returning phone calls prior to us driving up to see the Tundra. Trista was involved on the Saturday we drove up to test drive and buy it. Trista was ready for us when we got there (from SC) and was thorough and patient. She has called several times since the sale to see how the truck is doing and to answer questions.Over all this has been a very good experience thanks to Sherri and Trista.I will call them first, next time I need a car/truck. They lookedat my car very quickly and also checked the air filters. The filters were very dirty, so I had them changed. This was done quicklyand at a reasonable cost. Everyone we were in contact with made a point of giving us the deal we felt comfortable with. We were under the impression that the truck we bought (which was brought from another dealership), had a bed liner. It did not, but they offered a drop in liner at no additional charge. We refused that liner so they offered to split the cost of a spray in liner which we accepted. In fact our new truck is there now for that.We cannot think of anything negative about the experience and would definitely recommend Paramount Ford, Valdese to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.
