I was so pleased with everyone's help and attention to exceed my expectation of buying a car. I came there to just see what is available,prices,and what kind of financing. I haven't bought a car in 10 years. Wasn't planning to buy till August. I have never purchased a service contract or gap contract in 48 years, 18 vehicles. I was really shocked over the low APR. My wife will be the primary driver. She was overwhelmed,no idea we were going to purchase a car. This purchase was for her comfort and safety. I felt that I was treated with HONESTY and RESPECT.

Everyone at Paramount was very nice and helpful. Our salesman was very pleasant. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us into buying. I usually hate the car buying experience, but the people at Paramount made both my husband and I feel at ease. We also received what we consider to be a very good deal. We looked at other dealerships for the same type of truck and none of them came close to the offer we received at Paramount. I would highly recommend car shopping at Paramount.

We were really impressed with how friendly Jonathan was and how knowledgeable he was about the car we were buying. We did have to wait awhile for the whole process to be complete but Jonathan did what he could to try and get the process to go faster. Overall our experience with Paramount was good.

every one we meet was very friendly .no one presured us to do anything all made it seem it was a joy to serve us. were were given choices not made to feel that we had to do anything. scott work to find what we wanted and worked to keep it in our budget.
the friendliness of the entire staff made us want to do bussiness with the dealership.

My overall experience was great!!! This was my first time buying a New car and all of the employees at Paramount Ford-Hyundai were very helpful. Brandon Arrowood was very easy to talk too and answered all of my questions. When it came down to the price,Randy Pennell work very hard to get my payments at the rate I needed,and he had a very relatable personality. I have spoke highly of my 2012 Hyundai Sonata and the professional quality service I recieved while in their dealership!!!

I recently totaled my car after accidentally running a red light (first wreck after driving 43 years). I loved my car - a 2005 Mercury Montego. Stopped at Paramount in Valdese on my way to Hickory to start looking for something else. We drove a Sonata, and then my husband asked if there were any used Mercurys on the lot. Much to our surprise, there was a 2005 Mercury Montego, in extremely good condition with a few thousand miles less than mine had. We drove it, and couldn't really believe we found the very same car in such good condition. We've been driving it for a week now, and everything seems great! I'm happy because I didn't want to have another car payment right now, so with the insurance settlement, I basically broke even.
We also spotted a used Ford Ranger and ended up buying that for my husband too!
David (Jason) Finney was great to work with - never pushy. Very attentive and helpful!

Mark has always been profession and polite when dealing with him, he is knowledgeable and up to date on the new vehicle sales. Has always been available in person or on the phone when I had questions or needed assistance. Paramount Ford has always been fair on pricing and making deals on every vehicle I have purchased which the current vehicle, a new Ford King Ranch, was the tenth (10th) vehicle we have bought from Paramount Ford in the past 5 years. The service has always been up to date and beyond expectations when dealing with David in the service department. We would recommend and have recommended Paramount to many of our friends and family members, and will continue to do so..

Mark Robinson was a pleasure to work with. He was patient during the negotiation and was able to get me a lower rate than the financing company I used. The car was in exceptional condition and was clean and ready to go. The Paramount folks are friendly and would definitely do business again. My Review of Paramount Ford Hyundai Valdese:
When it came time to buy a new car, I did a lot of research on-line and in person to find the right car and dealership for me. Allen Pruett was the main reason I chose to work with Paramount Valdese for this car. I contacted Allen and he was super friendly and extremely helpful. He gave me several suggestions on the makes and models they had there and offered to set me up with a Salesman for a test drive any time. When my family and I arrived at Paramount Valdese, Jonathan Yount, met us in the parking lot and immediately starting answering all 500 questions we had for him. He was very patient with me and my entire family while we drive two different vehicles that night. I came back the next day and drove two more cars, one of which I would not have driven had it not been for his encouragement. Oddly enough, the car he suggested was the one I ultimately purchased. His knowledge and expertise helped guide my decision for this purchase. Both Allen and Jonathan worked very hard to meet my needs with financing, extended coverage and the best trade-in I could expect to receive for my car. Allen Pruett worked very hard to see that all my questions were answered regarding the extended coverage I purchased and the financing questions. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process.
I was also treated with dignity and respect from the first time I stepped foot on the dealership lot to the time I left with my new car. I am very proud to say that I am a satisfied Paramount Valdese customer. My sincere appreciation to Allen Pruett and Jonathan Yount for their assistance during this purchase.
