The majority of our communication was over the phone and Evan was informative and quick to keep me updated on the status of the vehicle. My Review Of Paramount Volkswagen:

I was looking for a new VW Routan I use to deliver grandfather clocks across the east coast and found two of them at Paramount in Hickory. I called and spoke with Emily Triplett who was very helpful on the phone and made an appointment. I made the two+ hour trip up there from Durham to take a look at the vans and she was waiting at the door to help. The showroom was clean and organized and though it was not busy on a weekday afternoon the sales staff seemed busy doing other things as opposed to hanging out with small talk. After a test drive and no pressure, I decided to purchase the Routan and again it was refreshing not to go through the usual "add ons" that most dealers attempt on the backend and I made an offer that was accepted. I was a happy camper and made the trip back in the new van.

The customer service from Emily was very good and she seemed genuinely interested in my needs. The value was excellent. She followed up with me twice during the next week to make sure everything was as I needed. I would not hestitate to purchase another from Emily.

The specific vehicle I was hoping to purchase sold before I had a chance to get it, but I wanted to let everyone know that Emily is an all-star. Our communication was via email and she was always friendly, pleasant and super quick with her replies. Though it ultimately did not work out for me, I would not hesitate to recommend Emily to anyone who wants a friendly, professional, no-pressure experience.

My Review Of Paramount Volkswagen:

I would recommend this dealership to others. The staff was very friendly and made us comfortable. However, I would let out of towners know that personal checks are not accepted so that they can bring necessary means to make the transaction go a little quicker. I was impressed with the showroom as well as the cleanliness of the service department. I would defintely have my vehicle serviced at Paramount if I lived in the immediate area. Thanks and would defintely do business with this group again.

I went to the dealer knowing that I wanted a Volkswagen but not much more. Both Ned and Emily were patient and very informative. I was realistic and on a budget. They worked hard to meet and exceed where I needed to be. They offered more than I expected on my trade. I love my new car and would reccomend anyone to stop bye and let them try to find the car your looking for.

My Review Of Paramount Volkswagen:

This is my 4th volkswagon golf that i have brought in my life and the best experience yet. The people at Paramount Volkswagon go way beyond just selling cars. They always kept me in the loop with my purchase as I had come from Canada to buy the golfTDI. They got a sunroof installed so I didn't have to do it later. They picked me up at the airport and were friendly and very open. I found the people at Paramount to be very nice and the best. If anybody was thinking about buying a Volkswagon, Paramount Volkswagon in North Carolina is the place to buy. The salespeople are very helpful and had time for any question. The parts department is open even on Saturday, which was great as I bought some accesories for the vechicle.
