My Review of Paramus Mitsubishi:
This is a small and very pleasant dealership. We came into to look at the 2011 Outlander Sport after our 1996 Mitsubishi galant went to car heaven with 250k miles on it. We were recommended by a good friend to meet with Stephen Robinson. It was very customer friendly. We sat down with Mr. Robinson and discussed what we were interested in. He gave us a quick display of the car. My wife and I loved it and before I asked he told us to take it on a test drive. GREAT CAR!!! After the test drive we sat down and discussed financing. After not qualifying for 0.9 60 month deal. After discussing with the manager and dealing with the bank he got us a great 2.9 % financing with 0 down and with a Mitsubishi loyalty rebate! He also gave us a great deal on the price! I highly recommend this dealership and to discuss with Stephen Robinson!!

Great service and honest people. I frond my price on American Express Auto purchasing program, they are one of the dealership on the list. Other one call "GIUFFRE Mitsubishi", located at 1614 86TH Street, Brooklyn NY 11214, people should stop going to that dealership at all(very bad people, everyone that works there.)

Awesome Dealership. No pressure. Friendly and very helpful. Knowledgeable. Got a great deal on the vehicle I bought. Like the fact that they have loaner cars and shuttle service to the mall when you are having maintenance/repairs done. Would definitely return to this dealer and recommend it to family & friends.

My Review of Paramus Mitsubishi:
The experience was pleasant although long. I sat down with Steven and looked at the new Lancer GTS 2011. I came back the next day with my mother and again went over the numbers. My mother wasn't satisfied with the 2008 GTS on the lot, the car was severely scratched on the both side skirts,and the front bumper. The left side of the front bumper, where it connects with the left fender, the bumper was slightly protruding, also while test driving the vehicle the steering wheel was off center while driving. For a 2008 lancer with 20,000 miles on it, $16,500 is WAY to much to charge for this car. I really wanted the car though and sat down with my mother to discuss things in my native language. Halfway through our discussion the other manager, the one with black hair and glasses, stood up and said to my mother," I don't know what you have against Mitsubishi but their well made cars, I wouldn't be working here 15 years otherwise. You guys talk it out but I'm leaving." As a manager, it was unprofessional and rude pointing at my mother and scolding her like a child in front of other customers. So I left, and instead of buying a Mitsubishi, I went to Toyota and purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla Sport for $16,500 at $300 dollars a month for 60 months. Mitsubishi wanted $320 a month for 72 months!!!!!!! I wouldn't even recommend this dealer to my worst enemy let alone go back.

My Review of Paramus Mitsubishi:
They offered me a price that the other dealers literally could not match. After a couple days of car-shopping I bought the car and so far everything is wonderful. They weren't pushy and did not confuse me with fees and made-up information that raises the price like some other dealers do. I would definately recommend this dealership.

Beata was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and confident when I purchased my vehicle. Other dealers should take notice of her sales style. This dealership felt more like a family then a dealership to me. No hard sales or games played hete.

I would deftinly come back there very friendly. Didnt pressure u to buy things. Very knowable. Foung out threw them the last dealer i had my car service with put the filter in my car wrong and that was the reason why i was having the problems I was with the car cause of the last dealership i brought it to. Thanks I would and cant wait to go back to that dealership.

Mitsubishi of paramus dealership is the one and only stop you want to make when purchasing a new used or trading in a car. professionalism, curtious, friendly, and works with you to get you the best deal that meets your pockets. unlike mitsubishi 46 in totowa nj. where they have VALTURE sales managers THAT deserve to be working at a junk yard not at a dealership. BY ALL MEANS, MITSUBISHI OF PARAMUS 150% satisfied.

great dealership had great experience walked in there they showed me the car sat down with beata and manager they went over payments for me they were very nice always smiling, got deal done and got my car went home and everyone was happy i would recomend this dealer ship to everyone they are great at paramas mitsubishi
