My Review of Park Avenue Acura:
The dealer had the MDX i wanted, but the price and negotiation process was way too much hassle. I tried them on line but the response was even worse they gave me the old hard sell come on in and we will beat any price, blah, blah. What is the point of on-line if you do not respond w/ in 24 hours and offer options and price??? They did follow-up 10x but NEVER answered my basic question how much for the car the way i wanted it? The sales manager was top flight (i dealt with him on the day of the test drive)but he was not in the day of the sale and i just did not like to have to work so hard to buy a 45k car. Sorry

My Review of Park Avenue Acura:
Visited the showroom personally and test drove the car. However I didn't get to see the color I wanted as they lock it up in the showroom. So I had to make a guess from the pictures or look at the car passing buy to guage the color. I was being treated as I was a bafoon and don't know much. Thanks a ton. Anyway, I called a couple of day later for pricing to give them another chance and the sales person said that they don't do it over the phone and that I have to come in person. Upon insisting for a price over the phone for comparison, they said that they will match or beat any written competitive price by $ 500 as they cannot take the customer word for it. So now I am a liar too. Thanks but no thanks. I stopped there and now I don't want get another title.

My Review of Park Avenue Acura:
After going through several dealerships in NY and NJ I got my best price here. Negotiation was done over the phone and it look me less than 5 minutes. I found the doc fee at this and many NJ dealers to be high so factor that into your price when bargaining.
