We had a great experience with the dealership and Scott Rosequist. He's a very nice and understanding salesman. He practically didn't talk at all during the test drive, letting us explore the car on our own. No sales pressure at all! The dealership then seemingly bent over backwards to get us a great price and financing for the car, even better than our bank offered us. When we arrived to sign the papers, the financing rate was even lower than quoted over the phone! They also gave us a 1/2 tank of gas and cleaned the car too! This was all for a Kia, and not a Jeep. But they took care of it like it was a Jeep. Just one great thing after another with Scott and the dealership.

Great customer service from sales professional (Scott Rosequist) to management team. I initially visited Park Jeep for a test drive of a 2013 Grand Cherokee. I was comparing this to other vehicles. I asked Scott to stay in touch with me as I make my decision. Scott was very helpful throughout the process. He touched bases with me to answer any outstanding questions and did not pressure me in my decision. Once my decision was made, Scott found the vehicle I wanted, gave me a fair price on both their vehicle and my trade-in and also made the purchasing process very easy. Great Dealership and Team!

The most friendly guy in town, a great experience and a great price. Scott did a great job and should be trusted in higher levels of management. He wa great to me and my son and was patient as we drove 6 Jeep Wranglers, new and used. I had the intent to buy a used Jeep and left a few hours later in a new Jeep...funny.

Nonetheless, I think you all could stand to update the sales building, I love Park Jeep but you need to remodel that place in the near future. Take a walk through the new Brookdale Toyota dealer, that place is dialed in!

I was very happy with my experience at Park. Craig was courteous and professional from the first point of contact. The dealer let me keep the truck overnight which gave me more time to look it over and (in the end) determine it was exactly what I was looking for. The most noteworthy deal was the "post-sale" follow-up and assistance. Craig took the time to contact the previous owner of my vehicle to determine an important code. I very much appreciate his help.

I worked with Nick on a 2004 Wrangler Sport. Nick was on his way home and grabbed me as I walked in and stayed late to work with me and start the process. He also was very easy going and not pushy at all. He let me lead and explain what I was looking for and he stayed with in the parameters that I wanted. He was a straight shooter and did an excellent job of communicating with me through out the process. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I had a general idea of what I wanted when I came in. Steve found exactly what I wanted. I appreciated the fact that I could go home while the vechicle was being detailed and have it delivered to my home. I am not sure if it was Chris Kimmel (no picture posted)that helped me complete the final financial paperwork, but whoever it was, he was very pleasant and helpful. In fact, all of the people I met were very pleasant and gracious.

This was my first venture into buying/leasing my first vehicle. I visited multiple dealerships that had pushy sales people and inflated prices on even the most basic model vehicles. When I stepped foot on the lot David greeted us with a smile and just asked if we know what we were looking for, or if we need some direction. We did plenty of research on vehicles prior to stepping foot on the lot so we know what we wanted. David directed us right to the vehicle... we looked at it for a bit, and then we went in and got the keys to take it for a test drive. It was, quick, easy, and painless! After test driving the car we went over some options and said we'd be back if interested. The next day David picked up the phone and worked hand in hand with us to get the deal closed on the vehicle in a very short time frame. They weren't at all pushy and they accomodated our every need! Chris was also great to work with. He handled the actual signing of the paperwork with us and going over ALL of the features our new vehicle had to offer! The service was fantastic! I highly recommend going into Park Chrysler Jeep for your next vehicle!

The Park Chrysler sales people were very knowledgable, courteous, but most of all not pushy. They answered all our questions and we eventually ended up buying a new Town & Country. Jay was a top notch salesman that maticulously reviewed all the new features after the purchase to make sure we understood how they operated.

My buying experience was awesome and I was encouraged to return the 2nd day and actually buy because the sales person actually included me (a woman) in the conversation and kept eye contact. There was no hesitation about this guys integrity or honesty on what he was selling and that speaks volumes to me as a consumer! Thanks Bill for a great experience!
