Brandon Gillespy is excellent. Very knowledgable and attentive. Manages expections exceedingly well. Projected costs were accurate and very fair. I recommend Brandon whenever I have the chance. The quality of repair by Bodywerks is excellent as well. I would not hesitate to utilize this dealership for vehicle repair.

Absolutely terrible service. I bought in my car for repairs expecting excellent service and work from a certified Mercedes body shop. My repair advisor, Michael Dagenhart, did a below average job of responding to emails or phone calls about questions regarding when to bring in the car and updates on when it would be finished. Basically, he is impossible to reach until he finds his own time to call you. In the end, he did work hard to help however he could.

After picking up my car, I noticed they had ripped a hole in my floor mat which was not there before. I spoke to Michael about this, and he spoke to his manager Paul (I don't know his last name but would love to find out). Paul absolutely refused to help in any way, and when I asked to speak to his boss, he said he IS the boss of Park Place Bodywerks. He then threatened to park my car in the back until I pay my deductible. Calm down buddy, I'll pay the deductible once you compensate me for ripping up my floor mats. We spoke again, and I asked him if he is positive there is no one else I could discuss this with. He said there is, and he introduced me to his boss (yes, the real boss) where I then realized Paul lied to me. This is the type of unprofessional service you can expect at this shop.

His boss agreed to compensate me for the floor mats by taking a little off the deductible, which I happily agreed to. Overall, the work on the car is fine, but the service is slow, unresponsive, untrustworthy, pays no attention to detail, and just down right rude. I won't be taking my business here again.

(The actual Park Place Motorcars dealership, however, is excellent. The service department is polite and very helpful, in fact, the exact opposite of the body shop.)

My experience was mixed but in the end, Park Place did what it took to make me a satisfied client. The General Manager at Bodwerks (Eric)made promises to resolve the customer service issue that I had and did exactly as promised. It is a challenge in the business world to meet deadlines and reach consumers expectations but Park Place focus on service makes them stand out in the crowd of auto dealers in Dallas. - Charles Morton

Greg was wonderful and kept me informed through the entire process following my accident. We had to deal with 2 insurance companies, 3 adjusters and countless twists and turns during the repair process. Although the whole process took three months, I felt that Greg was my advocate the entire time and cared about me, as the customer. He sent me pictures during the repair process and was very responsive to my calls and emails. It could not have been a better experience...

My experience this time around was awesome with a great service representative Antwan Collins. He was very concerned with my situation and took good care of me with my questions about repairs and kept me updated on inspection by my insurance company State Farm. I would highly recommend him to anyone as a service rep.

The entire crew at Park Place Bodywerks is outstanding. Their customer service far surpasses my experiences with other facilities. I greatly appreciate this level of service and will continue to bring my vehicles to them when needed.

We had our car repaired twice in the last 6 months at the body shop and had a great experience on both occasions. Brock took care of us both times and did a great job of keeping us informed during the process and helped us with the negotiations with the insurance companies. The car looks like it has never been in an accident! I would recommend Park Place Bodywerks to anyone who will listen.

Chris maintained excellent communication with me during the repair process and my car looks amazing. He saved me time by dealing with my insurance company and making sure everything was taken care of.
