My wife and I purchased a used XF a couple of weeks ago.

We dread the process of buying a vehicle for the obvious reasons – high pressure sale tactics, Inexperience and lack of knowledge of car salesmen, and The Nickel and Dime approach to negotiations.

We made a decision to try Jaguar of Plano due to the variety of inventory. We arrived early on a Saturday morning, we were greeted by Paul Light who was phenomenal. Paul respected our budget and our wants/needs. He walked us through the vehicles in stock within our price range. We discussed our trade in and the price of the Jaguar and came to an agreement. There was no attempt to up sale us at all. At this point, I’m thinking to myself this is too good to be true. We haven’t met with the Finance Manager yet.

We met with Mike to finalize the deal. Mike had all the paperwork ready to go. He explain a few different options without utilizing high pressure sales. We were out of the finance department in 15 minutes. Mike was on top of his game.

The entire process was smooth and comfortable. We enjoyed purchasing our vehicle from Jaguar of Plano.

I don’t think we’ll purchasing a vehicle from anywhere else again.

As a 5th time Jaguar owner, the experience at Park Place just keeps getting better. Paul and Mike made it such an easy and pleasant experience. Their knowledge of the new Jaguar features were very helpful and I love my new car.

Paul Light was up front and courteous. We consummated the transaction over the phone. There were no surprises or additions as I have seen at other dealerships. I am glad I got the opportunity to work with Paul.

I was trying to buy my first Jaguar, walked in and Jack helped me out to find the car I Want, he explained everything the car has and also walked through all the functions, that helped me a lot saved me sometime by not going in to the user manual.

I had a wonderful experience with Park Place Jaguar Plano. I recently purchased a Mercedes GLK 350 that I saw on their website. Bob Foltz provided great service in that he was patient and friendly. I did not feel obligated to purchase this vehicle from Bob as I did with some of the other dealerships that I visited on the same day. After I purchased the vehicle, Bob followed up with me both by phone and by e-mail to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I appreciated the excellent customer service and I look forward to returning to this dealership when I am in need of another vehicle. Thanks for a great experience.

This is the fourth car I have bought from Park Place Jaguar in the past two years....Brad Pyatt has helped me with every one. I have bought numerous cars from numerous dealerships prior to these past four.....Brad is the only salesman I have called back to help with repeat biz. Joe was recommended to us by Roy Shelton our service rep. Joe worked hard for us and presented himself in a sincere/professional way as we purchased the car we desired. We had no intension of trading our clean/low mileage 2003 Jaguar XK, however, Joe helped us secure a fair price. We really didn't want to deal with the hassel if possible.
We have bought 6 Jaguars since 1999 and 5 of those were from Overseas Motors. We were happy when Park Place purchased the former dealership. We have also bought 2 lexus in the last few years and you are definately moving in the direction they have established for friendly service.

The purchase experience was good. The service there is horrendous. On top of them no knowing anything about the Lotus' they sell, my wife was told--while I was out of town--to have a $500 service done that had already been done. They stole a brand new Bosch Icon windshield wiper and replaced it with a terrible, cheap piece of junk that smears. When I call, they put me to Roy's voicemail even though he's there. He won't call back and they won't let me talk to a manager. Total scam!
