I just wanted to drop you a note saying it was a pleasure dealing with you and your company.
When I consider you were doing something you never have done before (selling to a Canadian for export), doing it on a very short time frame, and giving me the same level of service (I assume) you would give your best customers.....I was very impressed!
And, when I think about it, I was buying a GMC from the Mercedes dealer, which I am sure you rarely deal with (average customer buying a average vehicle), the vehicle was IMMACULATE, the correct Tag was on it for me to drive to Canada, the paper work was detailed and proper, and you were as professional a salesman, as I have ever dealt with....at a dealership!!

Paul Lam of Mercedes-Benz was professional, knowledgable and helpful during the process of me buying the ML 350. I was in a lease situation with 4 mos to go but wanted to get into a Mercedes SUV and Paul made it happen. He was a pleasure to work with as was his staff. This was my first experience with Park Place Dallas and I have to say that I have never been treated as well as I was by Bobby Vance. Bobby was supportive and always was willing to help with any questions or problems I had during the purchase process. On the night I was to pick my new vehicle up, Bobby had a family event in which his son was involved with but he stayed at the dealership until the entire purchase was complete. Never showing one time that he was running late. Even after several times by me to let him know another night would work, Bobby stayed as late as it took. That sold me on Park Place Dallas and the wonderful customer service by Bobby that I received.
