I purchased a GLK from Steve, as a gift for my wife. Steve made the experience easy, efficient, and even enjoyable. I was clearly a motived buyer, and didn't put Steve through the hard-buyer processes. However, Steve did not take advantage of me, and even acknowledged the ease with which he wanted to operate. The follow up and delivery were seamless and of course my wife was thrilled.

For weeks, Marty was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he showed and allowed me to test drive (and my 3 children) perfect car candidates for our lifestyle. He would call me up and let me know when additional cars that I should consider hit his lot. It was through one of these calls that we found the car we are happily driving now.
