This is without a doubt the worst buying experience I have ever had. The salesperson, could not explain why this was not disclosed during our discussion and could not even operate their system without constantly asking for help from others. There were many other issues, but I'm running out of words. I've been a life long Chevy truck buyer (I've owned 6) and planned to buy another, but this experience was so bad, I'll never buy another. I was only given 1 key fob... the sales manager told me in front of my sales guy and the finance guy that if he was unable to get the other fob from the previous owner, he would "make it right" so that I would have 2 fobs... after multiple follow ups, I was told that he refuses to honor what he said because I didn't get it in writing!
