I have driven aLincoln for four years and it replacement was between Cadillac and Lincoln. The overwhelming factor that decided me was James Powell of the service department. He has provided outstanding, friendly service and is a great rep for your company. As long as he is there I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I have been going to this dealership whenever I owned a Lincoln product. Dealing with Brian Gurney is always a pleasure because I feel like he has a real concern for me and the service I receive from the dealership. Whether its routine maintenance or a problem which needs to be correctly identified, I know he will take care of my needs as though the car belonged to him personally. I can't give a higher recommendation than that.

Having bought my Lincoln here 6 years ago I have never had a bad experience with service. All employees are friendly and make me feel welcome, especially James in service and the gentleman that drives me to work when car is being serviced. When I purchased my car my salesman Don Luciani was helpful, knowledgeable and still keeps in touch. I have recommended this dealership to many of my friends and will continue to be a loyal customer as they are very professional and most of all courteous.

I always ask for Brian Gurney when I bring in my vehicle for service. Although everyone at the Longwood dealership has been very professional, Brian is my favorite. He has it all when it comes to customer service. The quality of care on my vehicle has kept me in a Lincoln. The service dept at Longwood is over the top. Bringing your car in for service is usually a headache for some people. Thank you for making those times painless for me. Brian you rock!

We have been customers of Parks Lincoln for many years now and are always treated with great respect, courtesy and friendliness. Brian always greets us by name, always seems to be in a great mood and genuinely makes us feel like he appreciates us and our business. Brian is an example of how customer service should be! He provided clear information, absolute customer care, and repair care that was proactive. The office manager also was friendly, helpful on getting rebates, and offered us a great tip on where to find a great seafood restaurant nearby! All in all, our experience was great.

In my experience, this dealership is operated in very professional manner and has always dealt fairly and honestly. I have never had to return to the dealership with a problem due to poor or improperly done repairs.
Their service and parts are a bit pricey when compared to other repair shops and parts retailers.
