My Review of Parkview BMW:
The owners and the employees of this facilty are top notch. I have brought both my 540 and my X5 for service here with appointments and in "emergency" situations. I have never been turned away and the folks have gone out of their way to make service and support as painless (and enjoyable) as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My Review of Parkview BMW:
I bought my car from Downtown BMW - figured out after a few service calls as to what morons I was dealing with. Parkview service is better however, I will not say they are the most friendliest people around - arrogance is quite prevalent there. Reason why I use Parkview for service now is the proximity of my home however its only a necessary evil Have yet to see a BMW dealership that has provided me with an overall great experience aprt from the time I bought my car initally. Why is it that I hear so many complaints about the BMW dealerships in Toronto. Is there anyone out there who has a GREAT experience yet ?

My Review of Parkview BMW:
Well, this dealership is brand new...2nd newest in all of Ontario (behind the new Toronto BMW). They have an excellent service department but the sales rep that I was dealing with was being an a$$...very arrogant, very full of himself. Go here if you just want your car serviced - they'll do it properly.
