They destroyed our paint. Bought a car from them on 12/23/23 they lost the spare key, we dropped the car off two Fridays later and they took it up on themselves to detail the Bought a car from them on 12/23/23 they lost the spare key, we dropped the car off two Fridays later and they took it up on themselves to detail the car when all they were supposed to do was program the key and fix the tint on the back windows. They scratched the car from front to back. When we mentioned this to the salesman he said they would fix it. After a couple of days of waiting for a resolution I called again and asked for the GM or the sales manager. I was put on hold for an hour with no response. I called Kia corporate and filed a claim, and all the sudden the sales manager called and said bring the car to him. Got to the dealership and was told to go back home because they didn't have a loaner. I asked to look at the car with the sales manager and the painter and was told to leave and that was too complicated. I said let me speak to the GM and h e went and got him. The GM told me that there dealership could not scratch a car like that. What a lie. I left the dealership and they came and pi picked it up the next day. They kept the car overnight and I was called the next day by the salesman to be told that they could not buff the scratches out I called the general manager and he told me that they were not going to be responsible or do anything else to further fix the problem. I now have an investigation going with Kia corporate and hopefully they will handle the situation properly. Nothing about this dealership is professional from the sales team to management and if you want to have your car destroyed either let their service department or their detail guys look at it. More

At Parkway they take the decisions out of your car-buying experience – making ALL the decisions on your behalf. If you are looking for a traditional dealership feel of 30 years ago when the salesman would push a vehicle on to you, ignore your interests and concerns, then rack up an additional $10k in unnecessary add-ons THEN AGAIN I would strongly recommend Parkway Kia. At Parkway Kia they will showcase one option for your buying experience, pretend to care about your price point and financial concerns, then advise that finance would be right with you. Once an hour-and-a-half goes by with no sight of the salesman or finance you’re only miraculously saved once you threaten to walk out – it’s 9 pm and your 4 year old has not had dinner. Finance whisks around the corner at the last second brandishing their paperwork and calculators like a sword and shield to save the day. In his office he reviews the monthly payments, which have suddenly increased by $150 a month due to nearly a dozen additional unnecessary warranties. Then he is stymied by the most basic questions about the price of the car – about $4k higher than sticker price. Never during this process did a manager meet with us or even greet us – not sure how we were missed given we spent almost 4 hours at the dealership. While this service may be beneficial and even appreciated by some, we walked out. The vibe was not right and we felt swindled. It seems we were pinned as an easy sale with minimal effort. Parkway Kia had a manager call the next day but we were unable to speak to him as we were across town at Archer to make our purchase. They followed up by email and asked about speaking over the phone further regarding our concerns. We made it clear we would not be returning but provided our contact information. We never received another call, making it clear that Parkway is not interested in improving their sales experience for customers. More
