Phil we apologize for the miss communication when you came in. When you came in and asked to speak with our service manager he was busy doing payroll. Our service advisor tried to answer your question about charging your PHEV, but you were insistent on talking with service manager after her answer. When the service manager was finished he walked out and you were gone. We would hope this one small incident would not hold you back from coming to service with our store in the future.
