My Review of Parkway Toyota Scion:
PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!
Talk about the worse experience of my life!!!! The sales, finance, and managers reminds me of mobsters. My husband and I spent an entire day at the new car dealership as they tried to get us to finance a vehicle which the lease was about to expire instead of giving us other options. The sales and finance folks go back and forth like roadrunners and mumble amongst each other. Then they come back with rates and monthly payments scribbled on a piece of paper and try to convince you to get a car they want. Even so, they never give you a clear answer as to whether or not you have been approved by a bank. Even so, we decided to finance a used 2008 Toyota from another dealership who's affiliated with them and after signing several docs and assuming that the car was ours, someone turned around and said that we could not take the car because it was not certified. Who that someone is; I still have yet to know. Of course, they prefer to certify the vehicle in order to inflate the price and stick it to us. If you like being around vultures, feel free to pay them a visit - otherwise stay away!!!!!!!

My Review of Parkway Toyota Scion:
I sent my price request over the Internet and got a phone call from James Graham. I negotiated the price with him and got an appointment time. Next morning we came to the dealership and James introduced us to Sam Astorino. Sam brought the car (same color as we discussed the night before with James) and we had a test drive.
Sam was very professional, polite and we were happy to work with him. With no
wasting time he prepared all papers and gave us the price that we negotiated before with James. After the brief meeting with Albert Rico, financial manager, (he was very polite, informative and never pushed us hard) we got our new car’s key.
It was clean and ready to go. Sam explained us again all the car features and we left the dealership with a great feeling,that this time buying a car wasn’t stressful at all.

My Review of Parkway Toyota Scion:
The salesman, Daniel Park, was very courteous and informative. He took the time to explain all the Venzas features, including the navigation system to me and answered all questions with patience. Daniel also was straight forward when it came to price of the vehicle. He is very friendly and does a great job. The financial services manager, Mark Gaviola was informative, guiding us through the available plans and he was courteous. This was the third dealership that we went to. Needless to say, it was refreshing to find people who know their product, are friendly, and are direct with price. Overall, the experience was hassle free and was devoid of headaches.

The sales people and service people at this dealership are the most honest, and professional people I have ever worked with at any car dealership. They make every transaction as smooth as possible. I travel quite a distance to service my car here but it's well worth it. The most pleasant experience. I would never purchase a car anywhere else.

Everyone we came into contact with at Parkway Toyota were terrific. They helped us with everything we needed, and were friendly and courteous. Everyone seemed to be genuiunely helpful. We had our car back quickly and the work at this dealership was great.

I will recommend this dealer to everyone I know. This dealership made me love Toyotas a little bit more.

i wanted a certain type of vehicle, they searched all over the region and got it for me and they did their best to get me a good loan.

My Review of Parkway Toyota Scion:
My entire experience, though limited for the moment as I only just purchased my RAV 4, has been wonderful. My salesman, Dan Park, took the time to explain everything to me, returned telephone calls promptly, answered even the simplest questions with patience and followed up a few times after the purchase was completed to make sure I was enjoying the SUV and had no problems or concerns.

As for the service department, I've only had it in once, but the entire staff there was courteous and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this dealership highly. They are all very professional.

My Review of Parkway Toyota Scion:
My salesman, Daniel Park, was one of the most patient person I have ever met!! He explained everything I needed to know about the Toyota Rav 4. He also helped me make a decision and after we both came to the conclusion that this vehicle was the best for my needs, Daniel fought to get the best price I could get. After 2 days of deliberation he came through. He still keeps in touch, making sure I am enjoying my new Rav 4 and to see if I need any pointers, should a problem arise. He also, patiently, showed me how to operate all the features of my Rav 4, whereas, in my past experiences with purchasing/leasing SUV's, once the sale was completed, I did not exist.

If you want the best possible information and guidance in purchasing/leasing a vehicle according to your needs and financial status, Daniel Park is the one salesman for you! My advise is to call before going to Parkway Toyota & ask for Daniel Park. If he is off ask for his schedule or leave him a message...you won't be disappointed!

Thank you so much Daniel, all that is left is for you to teach me how to handle driving on highways!!! You are the best!!!!

My service experience at Parkway Toyota was the best I've had at any auto dealership. They were friendly, courteous and very efficient. Additionally, not only was the cost of the service fair, but I felt they were very honest in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle.
