Sales:
The most pleasant. I bought a certified vehicle. The guy said "I'll make you a good offer" and he did. A week later, I was driving in the car. From the sales point of view, P&W was easy. Note that I did not do trade ins and they had a 0% financing and I have spotless credit so those things helped.

Now the service (sigh)
When I bought my car 2 years ago, I was told that they will have loaners soon. A year later, they finally got loaners. Meanwhile, I suffered. When I begged the sales manager, they got me a loaner. But that was it.
- Service: Though the service staff is generally friendly, P&W has major problems obtaining parts. I don't know why, but Brookline Audi is able to get parts in 3 days, when P&W takes 2 weeks or longer! This is not a joke as I've called Brookline Audi after the misery of dealing with waiting for the parts, and they said they get everything in 3 days. My car's transmission died and sure enough, Brookline Audi had the transmission ordered on Friday, and it was in on Tuesday. With P&W I've heard of people complaining that it takes weeks to get these major parts.
- Attitude: Generally decent. Few guys (Larry?) are nice. Some guys talk down to me. Heck, I've replaced brakes on my own cars.

I have to say that the first year left a really bitter taste. Every time I took a car in, parts would take weeks. You can buy cars from these guys but try Brookline Audi for service. If you don't need a loaner, try the Brookline Audi.

My Review of Pass & Weisz Inc:
Took my 2000 Audi S4 to get rear driver's side wheel bearing replaced. It was making horrible noises on daily driving.<br>Left the car for the whole day. Came back, and the car had not been touched. They advised me to bring car back the next day. <br><br>Although they did not fix the problem, the car had an additional 30 miles on it. Not sure how they had time to drive the car 30+ miles, but not enough time to fix the problem.<br>Talked to the manager, but he had no idea how the car had that many additional miles on it.<br><br>Told him to forget about ever working on my car, and if I received any calls or survey's they would be like to get a '1'. Not surprised I didn't.

My Review of Pass & Weisz Inc:
The sales team was nice to deal with but the service department is horrible. Not only are they difficult to deal with, they don't have a clue when it comes to servicing vehicles. On more then one occasion I have questioned something they have done only to have them claim the way they did it was correct. I then referenced the owners manual to point out how Audi claimed it should be. They would fix the problem in the end but it was always difficult.

Scheduled maint. checkup. <br><br>I was asked if I'd wait for it. I said yes. Service guy said he'd come get me when it was ready and that it would take about 90 minutes. <br><br>Three hours later and nothing, so I went upstairs to find out what was going on.<br><br>&quot;Oh - it's ready. I was going to come down and get you&quot;. Sure.<br><br>Free car-wash wasn't done very well as the car was still dirty in many places with lots of smudges and wipe marks.<br><br>Service guy spent more time making sure I'd rate the service a &quot;5&quot; when Audi Survey telephoned me than anything else.<br><br>Not having any other good alternatives, I suppose I'm forced to recommend this one. Service levels are certainly far below what I expected. If anything, I received better service from Ford, lol.<br><br>

My Review of Pass & Weisz Inc:
The salesperson was friendly and knowledgable. He seemed genuinly interested in getting me a vehical (no surprise there).<br><br>Pros: It's always great to purchase from a nice guy. Whether he really is or not, I couldn't tell you.<br><br>Cons: Salesperson spent more time training me on how to answer Audi HQ's Dealer Satisfaction Survey than on how to use the car. I was trained for over 15 minutes on the need to answer &quot;5&quot; on every question or else the salesperson and the dealership wouldn't get their bonuses. <br><br>From a car buying prospective, I'd recommend them as a dealer you can purchase from. John made me feel important and valued.
