My Review of Passport BMW:
Purchased a E90 330i from Peter Brizan in the Internet sales department. Excellent price, no hidden fees, and Peter is very knowledgeable about the cars.

I originally went to a BMW dealer closer to me, then I read on other Internet forums that Passport was the best place to buy a BMW in the DC area. I can't comment on all the DC area dealerships, but I can say that Passport, and particularly Peter, was extremely friendly, honest, and professional. He also gave me a great price, so I bought from them.

I will update my review once I take delivery of the car in 6-8 weeks. So far, I could not recommend them more highly.

My Review of Passport BMW:
Bought my first BMW from Passport. Absolutely no games, ended up paying about $1000 over invoice on a $45K E90 330i. During the manufacture, shipping and delivery of the car, I was kept up to date.

On the day we picked it up, it was a no hassle experience. Sadly Jim is no longer there but according to the various message boards, there are several friendly sales associates that stepped into his shoes.

Passport is a 150 mile round trip for me - I live in Bel Air, MD. Their responsiveness, friendly non-snooty attitude and pricing made me go there and bypass Towson and Bel Air BMW for my business.

I will certainly go there first for my purchase of a 335 next year.

Highly recommended.

My Review of Passport BMW:
The cost for repair is a lot greater than their competitors. I live within 2 miles of this dearlership and I travel all the way to NorthWest BMW in Owings Mills, MD, which is about 50 miles out just to get something as small as an oil change. I would not recommend this dealership because the customer service is not good and they do not provide loaner vehicles for the majority of the work they are performing on your vehicle, especially considering the cost of the work being done.

My Review of Passport BMW:
Hands down...best pricing with no BS / games and best service (responsive and professional) - sales and finance departments. This dealership came highly recommended from various BMW forums. Also due to high-volume they get the most build slot allocations and the fastest delivery (my order came in within 5-6 weeks when others only promise 6-8 weeks).

My Review of Passport BMW:
Trust me 10X better than anyone at BMW of Fairfax. Worked with Jeff on my lease in 2003 and then on reverting the lease to a purchase in 2/06. Jeff did a great job setting up the lease, and an awesome job at getting my car certified so I could purchase it. Once again these guys are 10X easier to work with than BMW of Fairfax.

My Review of Passport BMW:
Bought my BMW & "3" days later took in to Passport to have oil changed, and have several minor things repaired. I had picked vehicle up in Ohio, and after roughly 600 mile drive back to DC metro area, where I lived, I wanted to make sure that every thing was in tiptop condition. (although I had BMW dealer inspection prior to purchase) I was able to book an appt. to have my vehicle's oil changed sooner than any other local dealership at Passport (all other dealerships were at least 1 week further out for service appts), and the service was impeccable. My service advisor was extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. In addition he got me out of the dealership "2" hours sooner than expected. I'll continue bringing my car to them, even though my car was out of warranty, and I didn't buy it from them, my hat goes off to them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent "thorough" and complete servicing.

My Review of Passport BMW:
When I started shopping for my 750i I initiated the search via Internet. Dave Myers was the first to answer and then the most curteous and prompt in providing the info and following up. He ended up by earning my business, and his professionalism and high ethics have been outstanding. I highly recommend this dealer and Dave Myers to anybody. Overall, all people I have dealt with in the process have been very polite and forthcoming, something I've seen only at Lexus.
Thank you everybody for your service!

My Review of Passport BMW:
I brought my first 328 from Frank af Passport BMW. My experience with Frank was pleasant and professional. I purchased my second 3-series from Frank as well. This time Frank new the type of customer I was and had the perfect vehicle ready for my inspection once I arrived at the dealer. I highly recommend this dealer to all my family and friends.

My Review of Passport BMW:
If it wasn't for Don Vermillion, the dealer would be low class. I love Bimmers and the closest dealer to me is Passport. Their sales force sucks. The Vermillion sales guys are great, but the others just want your money and will kiss up while they're trying to get it, but once they got it - forget good after-sales service. Don Vermillion and Barry are fine, but the rest of them follow the sales managers lead and they don't have balls to put together a respectable deal. FYI, I've purchase three BMW's from Passport before the latest sales manager arrived and haven't purchased another from them since. That says it all.

Did all the negotiations via internet/email, agreed upon OTD price was honored and Rob was very helpful and friendly, most definetely the best new car buying experience I ever had. Haven't taken the car back for service, hopefully they'll be as good as their sales Dept.
