Since, I live in Los Angeles John Jones assisted me with a new car purchase for my mother via telephone. She walked in the dealership, test drove the vehicle and drove away in her new car. He made me feel comfortable and worked the deal so that it would affordable and for that I will always be thankful.

John Jones, my sales representative, & the dealership General Sales Manager, Daniel Wild, were outstanding. I'd recommend them to any of my friends or relatives for the purchase of a new vehicle. We are a "Nissan Family", with no fewer than 10 Nissan vehicles in the driveway when we have a family get-together! It looks like a Nissan Dealership!!!

After seeing a ford explorer on their website in the price range I was looking, I went by late one evening to look at it. Mike was extremely courteous even though it was close to closing time. After looking at it, I came back the next morning for a test drive. Once again, Mike was very professional with zero pressure to buy it. He answered all my questions and provided the information on the vehicle I asked for. I told him it would be a cash sale if I purchased it and I already had a bottom line price in mind because I had done research on it prior. This did not bother him that I already knew what it was worth. I asked them to give a best total price including sales tax and all. He came back very quickly with a price. I looked at it and said we were close. I gave hime the bottom line price I wanted to pay. He came back very quickly and said they could do the deal at my total price. A no hassle experience just the way I like. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and pleasant from Mike to the sales mananger to the finance guy who took all the info for the title transfer.

Very disgusted with the lazy, rude behavior of this dealership. I have been searching online for a vehicle for months now strictly by computer due to my grueling work schedule and plenty of Louisiana dealerships have been more than accomodating with communicating and negotiating through email to help me out. I am looking at one specific model vehicle and put in a "price offer" online , by the way complete and total waste of time. I then get a response basically offending my offer saying "how did you come up with that offer" Complete rudeness, obviously not looking to sell anything with this type of response especially considering my offer was a mere $3k less than asking price. I came upon my offer based on what i can afford obviously! Wow, they make these salesmen more ignorant by the day. Then I oblige to go in the bathroom of my busy work day to call the manager of the dealership and leave a message telling of my experience, still left with no answer of "yes we can make that price work or no we cannot" and get no response from dealer manager. An hour later I get another email from this "Steve Santos" internet salesman saying "please follow the link to find suvs listed in your price range" !!!! Um, im interested in the vehicle i inquired about NOT a miriad of vehicles YOU think are in my price range. I have several other friends looking into vehicles at the moment and have warned them to steer clear of pat peck nissan and kia assuming they are all lacking customer service skills and not that interested in selling vehicles. I've had so much more luck dealing with dealers out of Slidell, it's a nice breathe of fresh air to know I can just go a few cities over and receive good quality service. But also kinda pathetic that i have to commute to get this. STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS!

Sharon Carrubba went out of her way to find the "exact" vehicle that I was looking for. She was very professional and very courteous. The whole staff at Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport was very friendly and courteous. Eric Tenorio was very friendly and thorough in the closing of the sale. I will definately be back in the future.

I went to this service dept with an issue on my 2006 350Z. Ken Armstrong and Brian Murray went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my satisfaction. I am extremely impressed more because I did not buy my car from the this dealership. I bought the car FL and to my surprise, shortly after the purchase, I began having issues. The dealer I bought it from thought the problem was a sensor issue. With Ken's expertise, as well as the expertise of those running the diagnostics, they were able to determine that it was in fact not a sensor problem but a problem with the fuel pump. My car was fixed in minimal time and Mr. Murray set me up with a courtesy car. I didn't think dealerships even did courtesy cars anymore!
These 2 gentlemen are, in my opinion, are the prime examples of what I feel every dealership would want representing their service department. Their expert knowledge, personality, attitude, customer relations skills, etc are far greater than I ever could have imagined and am greatly appreciative for. There is nothing I could ask for to have made my experience any better! I would definitely recommend Pat Peck in Gulfport for ANY service needs! I look forward to doing business with them in the future, although I hope it is only preventive maintenance!

My wife and I have been planning to buy either a new Nissan Rogue or a used Murano. We stopped by Pat Peck after browsing their online site and picking out several cars that we wanted to look at and test drive. Steve was very patient with us; we knew what we were looking for, and we wanted to look at a number of vehicles. He was very gracious and friendly, and answered out questions honestly. When he wasn't sure of an answer, he told us so, and then went to find the information we requested. He did not put pressure on us to hurry, and he did not try to steer us away from what we were looking for.
After several test drives, we went in to discuss specifics on the vehicle we wanted. I was very pleasantly surprised at how Steve did not play any of the typical "salesman games" with us. He gave us a great offer without "cooking" any numbers, and was very straight-forward with the details of the deal. We were very happy with the deal, and unlike some places we visited in Hattiesburg, did not try to denigrate the car we were trading in. Our old car was in very good condition, and he stated that clearly to us, and gave us more than we expected to get on a trade-in.
The finance manager, Jerry, was just as pleasant to work with. He explained every document that had to be signed, and waited patiently while I read them over. His explanations were concise and accurate, and he did not try to "gloss over" any details. He also explained the extended warranty options without putting any pressure on us to buy. Jerry got the loan worked out exactly the way we wanted (and the way he said it would be; no surprises at the end). At no time did I feel hurried by either Steve or Jerry. They understand that purchasing a car is a big financial commitment, and they were patient, friendly, and personable while we took care of this deal.
My wife got the Murano she wanted, and we got a great deal on it. I am very happy with the service and attention-to-detail that we received. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had! Thanks Steve and Jerry!
