My Review of Patrick Motors:
Patrick Subaru was amazing from the beginning, offering a competitive price on a new 2008 Subaru Outback XT. Erin handled the internet negotiations with efficiency and was very upfront about the pricing methodology used. Patrick was the second stop on my Subaru tour of Massachusetts as I had driven up from NYC (the '08 XT was difficult to find at this point in the year but MA had 3 in-state). The XT was waiting in front of the dealership when I pulled in, looking very much like the stealth rocket it is. The dealership itself is gorgeous, built into the side of a hill with great landscaping, very appropriate for the Subaru brand. Luke greeted me at the door and made sure my trade would be appraised as we took the XT for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions, both general and technical, with ease. Never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me the car, we were simply two guys going for a drive on a beautiful day. We returned to Patrick and sat down to discuss my trade. They offered above market value for my car as a starting point for negotiations. Very impressive considering the mechanical problems my car was having at the time. Having spent all day in the car without a bite to eat, I wanted to grab lunch before I fully considered their offer. Luke was totally cool considering most salespeople (he's really more like a consultant) would try to tackle you to keep you from leaving the lot without a deal. I think only 15% or so of people who leave the lot actually come back to close the sale. He actually even offered to let me take the XT to the restaurant but I declined not wanting to be swayed by close contact with the Outback. As I started my car to go to lunch...IT DIED! Let me repeat that, my car DIED in front of their dealership! Kaput. Obviously upset that my trade value had literally gone up in smoke before my eyes, Luke gave me directions to a restaurant and suggested that I go to lunch while they took a look at my car. They gave me the keys to a brand new '09 Outback (really a great car)and I went to lunch, dreading the revised quote I knew was coming. When I returned to dealership Luke motioned for me to sit down at his desk as he was on the phone. When he finished he explained that he had just spoken with the owner and the general manager and that they had authorized him to extend the original offer without any adjustment. Patrick Subaru would have had every right in the world to reduce their offer for my now defunct car but they stayed with their original offer! Not only that, but they gave me an awesome Impreza loaner to drive back to NY in so that I could process the paperwork at the RMV (my old car certainly wasn't going to be able to make the trip). I have never received such amazing customer service in my life. Patrick Subaru went above and beyond the call of duty and as a result they have a very thankful customer for life.

Their pre-sale inspection failed to turn up that the used car I purchased had been in an accident, had a large dent in the fuel tank underneath the car, and had been used off-road -- all issues that should have been disclosed. After several problems (including two breakdowns within the first two months), Patrick Subaru did accept it back under the Used Vehicle Warranty Law. ALWAYS GET A POTENTIAL USED CAR PURCHASE INSPECTED BY A MECHANIC THAT YOU TRUST!

If you've ever had a bad car buying experience in the past, then you've never been to Patrick Motors. I just bought a Subaru wagon from them, and I can't believe how "calming" it was. My total experience was a pleasant suprise. You always hear about how much "pressure" you get from a salesperson because they only want the sale. You won't find that behavior at Patrick Motors. There was no "PIRANHA" to greet me as I stepped out of my vehicle before I got to the showroom door. It was warm and inviting to walk around the showroom and not be followed by an aggressive salesperson. When I did have a question regarding the car I was looking it, a salesperson was readily available. The overall features of the car were explained in detail, making me fall in love with the car even more. This car had things I didn't expect it to have, and the price just couldn't be beat. Trading in my current vehicle went smoothly. I liked the fact that you were "scheduled" with the finance team so you didn't wait for hours and hours in the dealership just to finish signing all of your papers. When it came time to pick up the car, I felt like I was meeting an old friend. This dealership has a good thing going. I would refer all of my family and friends to Patrick Motors.
I've even took the liberty to post some of my salesperson's business cards up on the bulletin boards where I work. I hope it may give him another sale.

I have purchased two Subarus this year and both with Patrick Subaru. The great/friendly staff helped me in explaining all the options available. When I totalled my first Subaru there was only one dealership in mind to purchase another vehichle from. None other then Patrick Subaru. Thank you for making my buying experience a good one (or two in my case).

We lived overseas and found ourselves relocated to Massachusetts. We needed to get a car in short order. We handled almost the entire purchase on the internet and what wasn't completed via internet was completed via mail. The entire experience was great. .

I have bought several cars now and have generally found that dealers generally want the signature on the bottom line and then their work is done. However working with this team at Patrick Subaru was like nothing I have experienced before. Their friendliness, professionalism and their ability to stand by their deal, that included an unseen trade-in value that was very fair, was outstanding. The process was very memorable including Luke trying to get into the very low Honda S2000, to the team accommodating several challenges that arose during the sale, e.g. my mileage on the trade-in being several thousand miles higher than I remembered and an oxygen sensor that packed up on the day of the trade. I will have to say that if ever I needed another vehicle, Patrick Subaru or in fact Patrick VW, which I also approached for a VW GTI, would certainly be dealerships that would be top of my list to visit. My first experience purchasing a vehicle via internet was extremely professional. Patrick Motors gave me the best price for the vehicle I was looking for and gave me a fair price for my trade-in. Erin and Michelle took care of the pricing, Justin did a great job walking me through the trade-in and purchase. Jason followed up via internet and is doing a good job to ensure my return business. I have not felt any of the usual sales pressure with this dealership (except when I was doing the financing...the add-on package pressure was not necessary).
Overall...I would highly recommend doing business with Patrick Motors.

I HAVE PURCHASED TWO VEHICLE IN THE LAST TWO YEARS. I BOUGHT A USED TRIBECA AND A USED DODGE RAM. BOTH TRANSACTIONS WERE A SURPRISING CHANGE FROM THE LAST COUPLE OF PURCHASES I MADE AT ANOTHER SUBARU DEALERSHIP. THE TEAM AT PATRICK MOTORS ALWAYS TREATS ME WITH RESPECT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOTH TIMES I PURCHASED, THE SALES PERSON LUKE CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF BECAUSE THATS MY ONLY DAY OFF. THE SALES MANAGER ALWAYS COMES OVER TO SAY HELLO EVERYTIME HE SEES ME OR MY HUSBAND. THE BUSINESS MANAGER WAS ABLE TO BEAT MY CREDIT UNIONS RATE ONE TIME AND FINANCED ME THROUGH MY CREDIT UNION THE SECOND TIME. THEY MAKE EVERYTHING SO EASY. I EVEN GOT NEW PLATE, AN HOUR AFTER PICKING OUT MY PICK-UP. MY GOOD FRIEND AS ALSO BOUGHT TWO NEW IMPREZAS FROM LUKE. My husband and I just purchased a used Outback from Patrick Subaru. We were most satisfied with our experience, mostly thanks to our sales consultant Joe Dineen. He was very accommodating, making it a pleasure to deal with him. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and to provide the best sales service.

This was our first experience with Patrick Subaru and we were very impressed. Michelle and Erin promptly responded to inquiries, Rob handled the financing process in a professional and informative manner, and finally, Joe provided peace of mind in what is usually an unpleasant task, namely car shopping.

We will happily recommend Patrick Subaru and specifically Joe to friends and family.

My Review of Patrick Motors:
I vistited Patrick Subaru in order to look at a used Dodge Charger Daytona in order to purchase and bring back home to the United Kingdom.

From the moment I arrived I knew this was the sort of dealership I wanted to do business with. The car had been brought round in front of the dealership and looked lovely in the autumn sunshine.

Sales representative Luke Latham and his assistant Matt came out and greeted me and after a brief look round the car Matt and I went out for a test drive.

On return we came to a deal and I arranged to to sign the Title and other documents after the payment went though. I went back up approximately a week later to do this with no problems.

Patrick Subura assisted in liasing with the car transporter taking my car to the port and fowarded on the bill of lading accordingly.

All in all they are a top class dealership with friendly staff for which nothing it appears is too much trouble.

My thanks to all of them.
