My Review of Patrick Pontiac GMC Chrysler:
The service Consultant told me that my front brake pads were worn thin and that I needed new brake pads immediately. He also told me I needed my front rotars resurfaced because of rusting. I took his advice because I was concerned about my safety when driving the vehicle. A month later, I took my car to the dealership where I purchased it and they took a look at my old brake pads and they were fine. They told me that I had more then 10,000 miles left on them before I would have needed new front brake pads. The service consultant at Patrick Pontiac also told me I needed my fuel filter replaced and my transmission fluid flushed as soon as possible. I again asked my delearship (Memoring Motorplex, Vincennes, IN) about this and they said that these shouldn't have to be replaced or should even be of any concern until my car had at least 100,000 miles on it. My car right now has 30,000 miles. I spent approximately $500 on service at Patick Pontiac and over $400 of this amount was something I shouldn't have had to have done. I will never deal with Patrick Pontiac again and I will make sure no one else that I know ever does.
