We normally try to service our customer's vehicles at our dealership but because you are out of town and we did not want to inconvenience you, we offered to reimburse you for service work performed on your vehicle at a vehicle service center of your choosing near you. We are still waiting for you to send us a repair estimate/expense so that we can reimburse you. Please let us know if somehow we did not receive or missed a communication from you. We always try to do the right thing for our customers regardless if they have left a review. We simply asked if you would consider updating your review after matters were resolved and your expectations had been met.
