We’ve bought three Subarus at Patriot North Attleboro. Kelly Brennan of internet sales quickly put together our latest deal with an assist from Matt Dambria. Dave Flora reviewed additional warranties and delighted our dog with a snack. We’ve been using their service department since 2015. Service is quick and reasonably priced. This dealership honors warranties and its customers. When a seam separated on our drivers seat, it was cheerfully replaced. When damaged to some plastic windshield parts was caused by an out of state dealership, Patriot service replaced the parts free of charge! This commitment to excellence has earned this dealership many awards and our loyalty-thank you Patriot! More

I recently purchased an Outback Onyx XT at Patriot Subaru. Jarrod K. showed me the cars that matched what I was looking for. Jarrod was very knowledgeable about the features and differences in the Out Subaru. Jarrod K. showed me the cars that matched what I was looking for. Jarrod was very knowledgeable about the features and differences in the Outback models and was able to answer all questions that I had. His help allowed me to compare options in the various models that I looked at and I was able to find the one that is right for me. I originally was looking for an Outback Wilderness, but the Onyx XT has the features that attracted me to the Wilderness and also has features that I would have missed in the Wilderness. We had previous experience at Patriot because we took our 2013 Forester there for service. They always do an awesome job in service and are totally focused on the customer being happy and satisfied. Upon entering the Sales Floor we met George Gamache our Sales Rep. George did a fantastic job and was a lot of fun. We never felt the least bit of pressure. Really he was more like a research consultant guiding us thru a process that is normally challenging. One of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had! We would recommend this Dealership unconditionally. They were 5 Star all the way! Btw, Subaru makes great cars! This is our third Forester and we’ve never been disappointed! Jack and Diane More
After I wrote the initial review. They called me the next day and offered to take my car and give a loaner car. I accepted it. It took them a week to get to fix the issue, but I understand them being busy and had no complaint since I'm driving the loaner car for free. Changed the rating to 4 star. ******************* I usually don't leave negative feedback unless it is really ridiculous. I had my car in on Monday for a routine maintenance and they did a wheel rotation on it. The next day, I felt a vibration when I was on the highway. I waited another day and felt the same thing on Wednesday. I called them. The earliest appointment they could give me was next week. They said they had to do a full diagnosis to determine the problem. I told them my car was fine and only started to have problems after they touched it. I was worried the wheels were not put on right and one of the wheels could come off on the highway. They said they understood but nothing else they could do. They were busy and could not even take me any earlier. If I wanted the wheels to be looked at, it will cost 100 something bucks. More
