Both Ed Meadow and Joe Ford were great to work with. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend them. Ed spent over an hour after the purchase explaining all of the technology in the car. Going through the finance process was the smoothest and fastest process we have ever gone through-Joe was great!!!

Everyone was friendly and pleasant to work with. As a female I was having trouble with other dealers taking me seriously about the new car I wanted to buy. This was not true of Mike S at Cerame Ford. Finding, ordering and getting the car I wanted was a simple, easy process. Certainly I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Very nice.

I went to Paul Cerame to look at used F-150s. They had many in stock, and the ones in particular that I was interested in were about 5k out of my price range. I worked with Chuck Lawless, he made my experience at Paul Cerame a very comfortable and relaxed one. I had fun looking at the trucks and test driving them. He gave me a hassle free price that was well below what they were asking and even lower than the market price for the vehicle I purchased. My experience with Chuck, at Paul Cerame, was a great experience and I feel like I got a great price on a vehicle that I love. If you're looking for an upgrade, go to Paul Cerame, and ask for Chuck! Vicky was wonderful from the beginning to the end. I send a price request in to Ford and a few other places. I had gotten an overwhelming response-it took me a week before deciding. I choose Vicky because of her picture. Also, I was able to get half my approval before walking in. Vicky was very encouraging-at first I did not think I was going to get approved...but she assured me that the team was going to work very hard so that I could get the 2013 Ford Fusion. Hence less than 12 hours she emailed and told me to come and pick up the car. This was a great experience for me because I hate buying cars. I do not care for sale pitches. I basically test drove the car and walked out the door the next day. Also Joe Ford was pretty cool :). Signing the papers was easy. Thanks, Rita Kinney

The experience was fast, friendly, thorough and hassle free. Buy cars have become a very important financial decision and everyone I interfaced with was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Ford Truck is amazing as well.
