I had a wonderful experience buying my truck from here! Emile let me look at my leisure and be as picky as I wanted. And then made me very comfortable with the negotion part. As a women I appreciate not having to be afraid that I'm being taken advantage of. Then Mike made sure to explain every button, bell and whistle. And answer all my numerous questions. Again never making me feel silly about asking. Then Bob made the signing of the paper work easy, no muss no fuss. This is the second time we have bought a vehicle from here. And again we walked out very happy customers!

I usually dislike the whole hassle of purchasing vehicle. Mr. Francis Roberson changed all that. I had a wonderful experience and the professional attitude and friendliness of Francis made it buying much easier. He accommodated all my doubts etc and me like I was a friend.
And after my purchase HE found things and made sure everything was right on the vehicle. If I had a concern, he made it right. All my concerns etc were addressed. He even topped off all the fluids in my vehicle himself - in the rain (the service dept. missed a fluid light) to make sure I didn't have to keep waiting. He went above the norm to make my visit(s) good (had to return for a few issues and second key fob).
I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Francis Roberson is an valuable asset and dedicated salesman. Thanks.

Picked out my new car on the Cerame web site. Stopped by to tell Doug which one I was going to buy and let them copy my drivers license / insurance card, and tell them what time I wanted to pick it up the next day. 24 hours later - in and out of the dealer in under an hour including finance agreement and a My Ford Sync tutorial connecting my cell phone and all the basic operating features. Great experience - love my new ride.

I have been a Ford man all my life and I was ready to get a new F-150. I knew what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay. I was able to locate one in my hometown of Kansas City but they were either unable or unwilling to work towards my price. I began the hunt again. I located the same model in St. Louis and made a call. My call was answered by Chris and I could tell he cared about helping me get not only the best price but the best service. We spoke back and forth a few times and he promptly returned calls and provided any info I needed. Next step was making the drive to pick her up. Let me tell you that Chris was the ultimate professional and had everything ready and waiting for me upon my arrival. I think this was the easiest truck I ever bought!! I have recommended Chris to all of my family and friends. Explaining that his service is well worth the drive!
