Service received is done right the first time and timely. I've used this dealer for several years and could not be happier with them.

My Review of Paul Cerame Lincoln Mercury:
I would not recommend anyone visit this dealer. Buying a car was such a hassle. It was impossible to get the finance manager to return a phone call or finish the paperwork. The entire process took more than 3 weeks and more than 30 unanswered phone calls to his voicemail. Didn't receive everything when I left and had to make a couple extra trips to get everything that should have been handed over initially. This guy is not serious and even made wisecracks about the previous buyers in his office. Very unprofessional
