My Review of Paul Masse Pontiac Cadillac GMC:
Typical stereotype used car dealership, you go in to buy a car, and your best buddy salesman locks you into a vehicle (no pressure) and promises you the world of support. Two weeks later he's no longer with Masse to help you with discovered servicing. You are now left on your own to defend your less than 30 day old purchase with the service manager, who promptly begins to play Larry the dunce on applying standard warranty parts like tie rods, alternators & pumps certainly covered under RI lemon laws. Oh and all those friendly sales guys offering you free coffee, now look at their feet when they walk past you. Brave souls. When you buy a used car from Masse, be sure to get your price down an additional $1000, you’ll need this for your first repair soon to come your way. I am so proud to be a sewer truck driver, at least I can sleep at night…

My Review of Paul Masse Pontiac Cadillac GMC:
my car battery was disconnected and lost use of my radio, needed a special code from dealership to re activate it. service manager wanted 43.00 (for 3 minutes of work) to "give me back my own property"! contacted gmc 800 customerservice. they instructed me to send them the "paid" bill and they would reimburse me. called another area dealership whom i never dealt with before. they took care of the problem for free! goodbye paul "the rip off "masse. now i know where the convicts go for a job when they get out of prison!

My Review of Paul Masse Pontiac Cadillac GMC:
I recently purchased a 2004 GMC Canyon from this dealership. They have an outstanding inventory of vehicles on the lot. I was greeted by a friendly and non-intimidating salesman. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and was was extremely knowledgable on the vehicle. He offered a test drive and we drove 2 models. No pressure just conversation. During the test drives he made arrangements to survey my trade. Very efficient use of time. During the entire experience, the emphasis on quality and commitment to the customer was apparent. I noted this in all members of this dealership from the salesmen and service managers to the support staff that were cleaning the show room before closing. I was offered a great price and closed the deal within 60 minutes of my arrival on the lot. Best new car buying experience I have ever had. The truck I purchased had just been delivered to the dealership and had not been prep'd yet. The service department had the truck ready the next day for me to pick up at the designated time. The staff took care of everything from the registration, insurance and a complete demonstration of all the features in the vehicle. Finally, we toured the service department and were introduce to the service manager. The condition of the service bays was impeccable. It reminded me of a hospital. State of the art equipment, clean and well organized. Service departments can be intimidating, but not here. If I could give this dealership a 10, I would.

My Review of Paul Masse Pontiac Cadillac GMC:
This Dealership is far and away the worst experience I have ever had in my life. They kept my Escalade for over 1 month to replace a $7 switch. They lied to me and my wife, they proposed that we purchase a vehicle from them at list price with a ridiculously low trade in ($25k for a 2002 Escalade at 7% interest rate), when we complained about the time they had my vehicle for warranty service. They are the most unprofessional, unethical incompetent people I have ever dealt with in my life. Stay far far away
