My Review of Paul Miller Ford Mazda Isuzu:
We had a wonderful experience with this dealer. After visiting several other dealers in the area, we finally ended up at this dealer. It was not the closest to our home, but certainly worth the drive. We were looking at a new F-150 and were having difficulty with the sales person. After about 30 minutes, one of the bosses (Mr. JP Miller) came to visit with us. He explained that he would take care of us. HE DID!!!
We are very please with our purchase and will do business with Mr. Miller again. He was very friendly and helped us with great financing. JP also helped us to get a great deal on an extended warranty in the business office. We have had several problems in the past and would not buy one without a warranty.
Our visit to this dealership was nothing short of amazing.
Later that week, we got a call from one of the top managers (Mr. Bob Little) He explained to us that a trouble ticket has been filed by Mr. Miller about our car deal. He sent us a gift card worth $500 in the service department and asked that we tell our friends and neighbors to shop with them in the future... Well... We will...
Thanks you so much for the GREAT shopping experience, and keep up the great work!

Sincerely,
Debra Wade

My Review of Paul Miller Ford Mazda Isuzu:
My husband and I arrived at the dealership an hour before closing and were basically pushed out the door. We were given an extremely low estimate of the value of our trade-in ($5000 for a 2003 Olds Alero) without them knowing anything about the car(there excuse was that they had 4 2004 olds aleros on the lot for under 10,000, which we later found out to be a lie) and given a payment on a vehicle when they knew nothing about our credit. The salesman was very unprofessional and knew nothing about the rebates available or anything about the vehicle we were interested in. As soon as it became apparent that they did not want our business at 8:30 at night, we walked to our car. The saleman then ran to his car and left. We contacted customer service the next day and was told that they had no record of us even being there and to expect a call from either a sales manager or customer service manager the next day. We did not receive a call from either one. My husband then called two days later, and they had no record of us calling to file a complaint. Finally, the ford manager called us and tried to talk us into coming back to work out a deal. Of course, we declined. He pointed out that we were there late in the evening. My husband then ended the phone call with this statement: Whether we were there at 8:30 in the morning or 8:30 at nite, we should be treated the same-with the utmost respect. I would not recommend this dealer to even my worst enemy.

My Review of Paul Miller Ford Mazda Isuzu:
I went in 1 hour before closing time and test drove a MX3 with 6 miles on it. I told the salesperson that I would come back the next day during my lunch break to fill out all the paperwork. When I came back the next day at lunch, the vehicle had an additional 137 miles on it because they had let another sales person, who lived an hour away, drive the vehicle home. After negotiating a price, when I went to pay cash for the vehicle, the dealership was charging $347 for "license, title transfer and processing fee". I happen to know that the cost for the license is $15.00 and title transfer is $6.00, which means that the remaining $326 is the processing fee, which translates to additional profit for the dealership. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.
