My Review of Paul Moak Pontiac/Subaru/Volvo:
My experiences haven't been pleasant at all. Customer service at Paul Moak Volvo service department is awful. My complaints have been the same since last year, I have spent $3k on repaairs and parts and I continue to bring it back for the same complaints.

Recently, the cashier in the service department put his hand in my face and told me to shutup!!! This was after I had made my payment and asked for a revised invoice.

Note, this employee is still employed with Paul Moak Volvo.

My Review of Paul Moak Pontiac/Subaru/Volvo:
On 1 March 04 I had my 1997 S-90 seviced at Paul Moak Volvo. It was purchased in Greenville but all service except the original delivery service has been at Paul Moak and has always been good. On 1 March 04 I was told the brakes needed to be completely reworked and front lower arm bushings needed to be replaced and I agreed to that, and the quoted price. The work was done(inv# 125413) and I paid for it and left. On your invoice it shows I was in at 07:29 and out at 11:22 ; three hours and 53 minutes. I was charged for 7 hrs @$75 per hr. This could have been possible if two people worked on this car but only one did. I know you have times assigned to jobs but this is too much time and too much per hour. Your people probably thought they were doing me a favor by getting me out quick, and I quess it was but what it did is cost you a long time customer. You've got a good organization but I don't want to pay like this for the privilege of driving a Volvo. I was told and did agree, and it was only after I got home and looked at the invoice that I realized I was paying $75 an hour for a mechanic. I thought you might be interested..
