My Review of Paul Walsh Nissan/Honda:
To Whom It May Concern:
Businesses are always searching for ways to improve; therefore customer input is valued. I wanted to express some concerns that I underwent during the process of buying a car at Paul Walsh Nissan in Macon, Ga. I went online in search for a Nissan Armada. The Internet sales manager, Matt Slaughter, located the vehicle that I wanted at a reasonable cost. I went to the dealership; ask to speak to Matt, who in turn, directed me to Kenneth. I drove the vehicle and found the vehicle to be good, except for the tremble that came when I pressed the brakes. Kenneth discussed that I would not be able to finance the car with a particular person and I understood that, so I decided to try other measures. I kept in contact with Matt and he did well with returning my emails. However, I felt as though if he began the process with me he should have finished the process. Maybe there is a certain method that has to be followed, but much confusion was in the mist due to more than one person being involved.
Now, Kenneth was definitely out for himself. He told a lie about my credit scores. How do I know this? I had a copy of my scores that I got the same week. I did not want to finance the vehicle in my name, but I was prepared to if I needed to. Kenneth also tried to place the vehicle at a higher sales price than what I was guaranteed by Matt. That ended up being the last straw. I began to feel Kenneth was attempting to get extra profit. Kenneth really messed himself up with this sale. Kenneth forgot about the customer and thought more about him. The overall process could have gone much smoother than what it did. This email is not to degrade anyone, but to assist with helping Paul Walsh Nissan to improve with customers.
Thank you
