My Review of Paul West Ford Mitsubishi:
The most horrendous experience I have ever had with a service shop. Everything was handled improperly, they do not communicate within their own departments (service and body shop), the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. The manager, Shawn Lacey, has yet to return my 3 phone calls. In addition they tried to pad my bill with various miscellaneous charges and charge me twice for a tire rim. I do not recommed this place to anyone.
