Brought a mechanic with me and had a Buick listed for sale online checked out in case I wanted to buy it. I emailed him to let him know that there were several major flaws that were not accurately described on the listing. he sent me a total of 4 emails accusing me of being upset because "You really wanted the car and your boyfriend didn't want to pay for it." Seriously, I saved copies of all of these emails and plan to farward them to the BBB. I did NOT buy the car, and I would never shop there again. His behavior was close to threatening.

They sold me a used BMW. Within 6 months the transmission had to be replaced and the convertible top had to be replaced. The manager's response was, too bad.
