Will was very thorough and Joel Steele dug up the record for my wife's oil change of last week made sure I received credit for today's oil change and last week's too. I went to a dealer on the west side before coming to see Mark and the sales difference was night and day. I was never pushed around to get into something I would not have wanted as the other dealer had done. I almost made a purchase before coming to Pearson and thank God that I made this decision. Mark and Clay were super helpful and professional and I will recommend anyone I know to go to Pearson to get a vehicle from Mark. Thanks for the great service.

My Review of Pearson Ford:
I recently had several random problems occur with my car requiring multiple visits to Quick Lane. Prior visits had just included oil changes. The staff was excellent--knowledgable and accomodating. From my flat tire to the window which fell into my car at 6 PM, I couldn't have asked for better help. The extended hours and Saturday openings were especially useful. One associate even picked me up from work himself after shuttle hours had ceased. They all really went above and beyond to help me and I am very thankful. I would recommend Quick Lane to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience with Donnie and would, without a doubt, work with him again. He was straightforward, realistic and really partnered with us. We are new to Indiana and had never heard of Pearson. When searching online, we selected Pearson because of the high reviews and the claim to be the most Female Friendly dealership. Our experience couldn't have been better.
