My Review of Pearson Toyota Scion:
Brenda was great to work with. She explained every detail of the Camry we were interested in. She responded promptly to our interest over the internet and set up an appointment with no delays. She quoted a price that was a little more than the best the competition offered and when informed of this, she topped their offer and was more than fair on the trade in value of our old car. It was great doing business with her.

My Review of Pearson Toyota Scion:
The experience I had with Brenda Robertson and Pearson Toyota was awesome and smooth. I made an appointment with Brenda. We went on a test drive and while on the road I told her what I was looking to spend and when we came back to her office she found me the 2012 Tundra I wanted and what I wanted in it and for the price I wanted. The day my wife Lisa and I came to the dealership to take ownership of the Tundra Brenda got us acquainted with the dealership from the service department to all the dealership offers and what Pearson Toyota is all about. I'll be perfectly honest. I didn't like dealerships or really care for salespeople until I had my experience with Brenda and Pearson Toyota. Couldn't have been any better and I will definitely recommend Brenda Robertson and Pearson Toyota to family and friends.

Fantastic experience! Brenda responded almost immediately to a request for an online quote, provided all the information I needed, and was never pushy. We had to wait for my car to be delivered to the dealership and initially thought it would take about 30 days. I don't know how she did it, but that car was here in a week! Brenda provided regular updates on the process from assembly to delivery, was right on top of everything - great customer service! I'd recommend her in a heartbeat!

My Review of Pearson Toyota Scion:
Buying a car from Brenda was a pleasant experience. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, got us a good price on our two tradeins, worked with our out of state credit union and got us the car we wanted. Brenda will go out of her way to keep you up to date if your car is still enroute from the factory and will get it to you quickly once it hits their lot. This is the third new car I have purchased from Pierson and while all have been good experiences this was by far the best.

My Review of Pearson Toyota Scion:
Brenda made purchasing our new 2012 Toyota Tundra easy and painless. We handled all the details of what my husband wanted, the price, etc. over the phone/via E-mail. We found the exact truck (right color w/all the extras) at another location and had it delivered to Pearson's. The financing/paperwork was handled efficiently, we were given a tour of the dealership, and offered refreshments. Our photo was taken and we felt like VIPs when we drove away in our shiny new vehicle!

My Review of Pearson Toyota Scion:
The first car dealer I've been to in my life that flat refused to allow us to look inside a new vehicle without first giving them my driver's license. My wife & I went to Pearson Toyota on 2/4 to look at a Rav4. When I told the salesman we are in the early stages of looking for a new vehicle and didn't want to go for a test drive yet, he replied it was company policy and immediately copped an attitude with us. He said he "had to put us in the system" before he can show us a car. Need I say we left immediately? When I called the sales manager later that day, he gave me the old worn out line "Oh, he's a new salesman". The manager not only didn't apologize but asked "What do you want me to do"?

I've been a Pearson Toyota customer in the past but rest assured I won't be again. It's obvious the customer comes last at Pearson.
