"Don't care about customers at all!"

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment 2 months in advance for them to order a part. After waiting 3 hours I was told that they didn't have the part. EVEN AFTER CALLING to make sure that they had it! I had to come in early the next morning to wait another 3 hours. You think after they messed up they would try and do something to keep my business but I'll definitely be taking it elsewhere

I had a wonderful experience at Penn Toyota. Todd Coopersmith was very honest, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating! I am a single woman, so walking into a car dealership can be extremely intimidating. I felt extremely comfortable and was treated fairly. I would definitely recommend Penn Toyota and Todd Coopersmith! Love my new Rav4!
