My Review of Peoria Volkswagen:
I enjoyed working with Ron Dosch very much. He was professional, and very helpful, but not pushy. He offered as much information as I wanted to hear, but made it clear he would not give me the hard sell. I think he was very skilled at leading the sales process, and treated me with respect. I liked the no-nonsense pricing strategy the dealership uses, which was in contrast to what I experienced at other dealerships while car shopping. It built confidence that the price I was getting was fair. There were no surprise "add-ons" and the quoted price was not inflated to make room for huge discounts, although I did get a price reduction. The dealership honored their commitment to meet competitor prices. Ron helped me with financing, too, and listened carefully to my situation in order to get me the best possible financing deal. He was very kind and I enjoyed my experience at Peoria VW very much. There is nothing negative to say. I would recommend the dealership, and Ron in particular, to anyone.

I originally made email contact with Bennett Foreman, and she was very professional in following up with me promptly and coming to meet me once I came in.

Great dealership! Dean was easy to work with and knowledgable about the gas mileage & TDI model. Thanks for the great service! It was nice to take the tour at the end - where you see the service dept & internet site for future car maintence work. I would reccomend all my Friends and Family go to Lunde VW. Loving the gas mileage. Just got my cousin to buy one in California too! We are now becoming a TDI family.

My Review of Peoria Volkswagen:
Peoria Volkswagen is by far one of a kind. Xavier and Bennett took a great deal of time working with me via email. Once Xavier located the vehicle I was searching for, he turned me over to Jeff. Jeff was terrific when we arrived at the dealership. He had both models available for us to look at and ask any questions. At the same time, he had Troy appraise our current Volkswagen and he gave us a very good price on the trade. Jeff and Troy made it very easy for us to make our decision. Next we spent time with Brad in Finance and completed the sale and all paperwork in approximately 2 hours. Peoria Volkswagen has earned and will keep my business for service and sales!!

This was the first time I purchased a car where I actually ENJOYED the experience! From my first trip onto the lot to the last, when I got to take home my beautiful new VW, things were done quickly, efficiently and with the least amount of hassle. It was a BEAUTIFUL thing!

I had been in an accident and was looking for special requirements of the new vehicle to accommodate transporting a small and fragile parent, wheelchairs, dogs and a very tall boyfriend. I got all I needed in the Tiguan PLUS a 5 star safety rating to make sure all those I loved were safe when in the vehicle with me!

Everyone one I came in contact with made it their mission for me to feel comfortable and to know what I was getting long term, my finance options and to ensure that I knew the vehicle. They truly want to build a relationship not just sell a car.

If you are looking for a car with value and style and a dealership that can make the car buying experience stress free and comfortable, Lunde's VW is the place to go!

My recent experience at Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen was superbly a fantastic experience that I will never forget. Mr. Jack Jenkins was a big part of that positive experience. From the moment my mother and I walked into the door, Mr. Jenkins treated us with the upmost respect, allowed us ample time to make the right decisions, provided us with incredible service and catered to my every need. Mr. Jenkins was patient, diligent, thorough and responsible with every step of the car leasing process. I recently (St. Patricks Day/ 2012) leased a red VW Jetta upon moving from NY to AZ. Mr. Jenkins made the car leasing experience flawless, smooth and stress free. He even took care of my mother who leased a VW CC back in New York and made sure that all her needs were met here in AZ, making the transition a much smoother one. My mother and I feel extremely welcomed and respected at Peoria VW and we owe it all to Mr. Jack Jenkins...Great job Jack!:) I'd recommend him to anyone who's interested in a VW in the state of AZ!:)

My Review of Peoria Volkswagen:
This is my first VW purchase and I couldn't be happier. My wife wanted one of the new Beetles but was very specific about the options. Jeff Leovic did an extensive search for us but was unable to find one and we were prepared to wait a couple months for a special order. The day I was going to come in and order it, Jeff called to let us know he had found us one exactly like we wanted and was having it shipped here. On the day of delivery he had the car ready and waiting when I arrived. I buy a fair number of new cars and in 20 years I've never had the delivery process, including finance, go so quickly and smoothly. From the time I arrived until the time I drove out with my new Beetle Turbo it was less than 45 minutes. It was quick but I never felt rushed. And the price, without any haggling, was lower than I had been given elsewhere after extensive negotiations.

Thanks for the wonderful new-car-buying experience, we will be back and I will be sending more business your way!
